Great customer service and great friendliness. Clean store and lots of parking space.

Customer service was not good at all, immediately distance themselves from Home Depot on line... no options to really help you... Maybe it’s not the store & this is the real bad experience you get from ordering on line... too risky when you for a while for your order to come in & then receive damaged...

Need more associates to help around the store and could be friendlier...

The Home Depot in Del Rio has a wonderful group of people working there. I highly recommend shopping for all your remodeling and appliances that you may need .

Del Rio Store # 6832 00004 29423 was very well kept and clean. All the necessary Covid-9 precautions were definitely observed and in place. The distancing markers were in place, the shopping cartsf were all disinfected prior to the customer obtaining one as they enter the store. The was disinfecting solution available for customer use and all of the staff was wearing their required mask.

Asked employee question. He said this is not my area sorry. But he quickly found employee in charge of area.

Associates at the paint desk are not knowledgable and extremely slow. Del Rio store, you NEVER have associates in the Departments ask Customers if they need help and you can never find help. Very poor Customer Service!!!!!

On many occasions I have entered the store to spend my hard earned money and was not warmly greeted, employees look to me in the eye or walked right past me and never acknowledged nor greeted me. I have been spoken to more than once in a manner that I find disrespectful by him store employees. I do not believe they understand where their paycheck come from’s nor how business works. Store employees should be reminded regularly That the customer walking in the door is the source of their paycheck. I am a friendly person and quite courteous to everyone that I meet but at Home Depot I do not think the employees appreciate my business .
