This store has always lacked staff and when there is staff they’re no where to be found. The majority is not friendly and definitely not helpful. To many purchases with very bad service. People go only because that’s our only HomeDepot in town.

Survey doesn't function completely.

I would recommend this store to anyone in Del Rio, whether you're making a guinea pig cage to a back porch Home Depot has it all. I would like to give special thanks to Joanna and Jaime as exemplary employees.

I just love going to the garden center for there out door plants.

I had a problem to solve with a purchase and the customer service over the phone from here was extremely patient and helpful. My representative found a solution, they made a sale, and I got to move forward with a construction.

Being walked up to by an employee was almost a novelty for us as we shopped at HomeDepot this weekend. Flooring is such a huge decision in our current project and Ramon made the process less stressful and streamlined for us all in one visit!

Worst customer service rep ever! Didn’t greet, customers, wasn’t friendly or approachable.She was uninterested in assisting with mobile app to retrieve the Veterans Discount and I had to bag my own items. She should have ZERO interaction with customers. A night stocker would be a better fit for her.

Great store location but needs to expand in order to stock larger variety of items and to eliminate overflowed items in the aisles.

I had an awesome checkout with Celeste she was very patient and kind I admire her especially on such a busy day out I will be back again thank you Celeste me and my husband couldn’t stop talking about you!!!!!!

Waited over 10 minutes for an employee to open a locked power tool bin so I could buy one. Asked 2 times for help and nothing....all while there are employees walking around doing nothing. Saved me over $200 on this trip. I just cannot figure this one out.....you folks need to address this one.

Writing a review for my awesome cashier today made my day and my shopping expiernce better I haven’t had a genuine conversation with anyone since my husbands passing it is nice to know there is still good people out there and even good customer service. Celeste was awesome I hope she sees this.

Due to the fact. I purchased a siding nails and the hardware associate that help me stated that do to the fact the box that was holding the nails was falling apart and she stated that I would get a $10 off my purchase for that reason. when I got to the self check out the cashier Esmeralda to the hardware associate loudly that we do not give discounts for torn up container only for damaged material. Said this so loud that all the other customers and associates heard it. (Not Good business)

Had zero help going in. Everyone had there hands in there pockets and talking to there peers. I went in for soil. Only one to thank me was the self check out.

When you need something as a handy man, diy'er, or contractor this is the store to go to!
