The Home Depot is Del Rio Texas is the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. They do not carry items applicable to my area only national. The store is poorly maintained and poorly stocked. The manager is doing a terrible job.

Overall it is a really nice store. Do a lot of business there and only have two complaints. The first doesn't really pertain to this particular store rather than the company's policies. It is extremely difficult to pay this company via the PRO Account unless you are using cash or some type of cashier's check as the company they have hired to vet checks does not know what a bank check is. I finally succeeded in paying some very large bills with bank checks issued directly from the bank but it took an act of congress. I ended up spending a lot of money elsewhere after that. The other complaint was with one cashier and an assistant manager that gave me some serious flack when returning a non-functioning LED light that I had recently purchased. I did discuss this with the manager and hopefully he addressed it with these two individuals, neither of whom should be dealing with the public.

Great store

Store looks good, everything is kept straight and clean, Need to have more people working registers during busy periods.

While looking for a stove, we had the best employee (Giovanni) help us. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to check and see if other stores had the stove we wanted. We eventually bought one they had in stock there at the store. He never gave us the impression that he was in a rush to go help anyone else.

Store is conviently located always clean and stock with what I am looking for. Staff is very friendly and always available to help. Great shopping experience every time I go, love their specials on tools and other items.

The only reason I recommend this store is because of the location to my home. I drove 75 miles to this store to make my purchase. The cashier - Melina, needs training in exhibiting excellent customer service instead of playing with her nails while we were paying for our purchase. We purchased a water heater and the associates working on the floor, did not offer to help load on the flat cart.

I like visiting Home Depot regularly for i have been doing a large project of remodeling to my house. I have found pretty much everything that i have needed. Service has been great, very helpful , and clean.

The Del Rio store is a pleasure to shop and the employees are always ready and eager to help. I would also like to extend a special shout to the paint department. I have had excellent advice and service.

Poor customer service. I wouldn't buy any large or bulk items as you would be stuck loafing items into your vehicle on your own. Yes they should help, you but employees would rather stand around and gossip. I witnessed an employee watching me load bulk wood into truck while he stood there n took a smoke break then proceeded to put on the orange apron and head over to help me. Not smelling like smoke and around my baby. I told him not to worry about it to go inside. Too bad we don't have a Lowes in Del Rio.

Sorry to say this Store has gone down on customer service. No help, not what it use to be

This particular store is always clean and the staff has always been extremely courteous and helpful. I don't do a lot of home renovation and having just started, I am comfortable shopping here with the staff.

The people as of late are very knowledgeable and helpful. Complete opposite of the past.
