The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They don't simply point you in the direction or tell you the aisle number to go to, but take you to the aisle and make sure the product is available. Several times I have seen the workers with a line of customers waiting for their assistance and they are very patient and quick in dealing with everyone.

I love this Home Depot. It is close to home so I visit often. Whenever I go to this store I always have someone ask me if there is something that I can help you find. Most of the time they actually walk me to the aisle/area and show me where the item is. Very helpful employees!

Ralph in electrical was able to answer questions I had concerning LED canned lighting and compatible switches. He took me to the product and explained how they worked. I was unable to get answers on the same questions on two earlier visits to the same store. Ralph knows his products and takes time to explain them and answer my questions. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in his work.

Shopped here since it opened about 20 years ago and it has been consistent in superior customer service. I can't remember the last time I wasn't able to find what I needed, anywhere from a doorstop to my composite deck.

Store associates were friendly and helpful. It is easy to find items and products are marked properly with price tags. No line at check-out and cashiers were helpful in finding coupons.

Really knowledgeable employees who helped me find what I was looking for... even pointed out some items of interest that were on sale. Great selection of plants and outdoor products.

Having recent shoulder surgery I called the store and Chris in lumbar and he answered in 28 seconds. Told him i needed 16 sheets dry wall on my truck and was unable to do. Chris said come now and i will get Craig and we will both do it for you. I asked for Crhis ,he got Craig and had me out the door and loaded with drywall in 28 minutes. TRULY AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I love this store because I can always find someone to help me and they always go above and beyond to treat their customers with respect. The cashiers are the best around!

These people really have the solutions for everything: snowblowers (they helped replace for free a couple of bolts on the handle), WiFi issues, and Garden concerns (soil ameliorating; pests; sand and rock). Humble experts. They are kind and never roll their eyes over requests for help. Even steered me clear of high priced options in the area which I later researched - Home Depot was right. I’m a weeklong garden warrior, esp Spring/Summer. Store is clean, no stinkiness, abundance of products ready to choose from.

The cashier "Tariq" was very helpful and saved me a lot of money with his recommendations. And the Salesperson named "Larry" was very helpful to me with the selection of the right product.

First and the foremost the merchandise quality and availability, more specifically, electrical and millwork items, is commendable. Secondly the Store Manager and staff are professionals, knowledgeable, and friendly. The parking, sore cleanliness, and environment make the shopping experience pleasant.

This is the best Home Depot around. Not just because I live closer to this one. I would go way out of my way to shop here. They have a very large stock on a large variety of all parts, tools, accesories , materials etc. The associates here are very good at finding exactly what I need. They even help load my items without having to ask them, they ask me. Very impressed with the professionalism here.

I find the service excellent at the Darien Home Depot. Workers were extremely helpful and even placed heavy purchases in may care without my asking.

The tall man with the mustache and glasses in the paint department is the BEST! He is always prompt, super fast, and always helpful with the right types of paint and also types of paint rollers and brushes for all projects. I know I will get my questions answered if he is there

Not female friendly. Cannot get help if not accompanied by a male.
