You will love this store! The employees were Really helpful to me. I really appreciated it!!!

It took requesting assistance from 3 associates to find out pool chemicals were sold out. The first associate literally walked away from me to help someone else when she couldn't figure out where they were with no offer to find someone else to help. The second associate requested help from another associate when he couldn't figure out where they were. When he told me they would be on endcap 1A, I asked where exactly that'd be since I didn't want to keep wandering around the store. He couldn't tell me where the endcap was. The third associate was able to help me by telling me that the chemicals were sold out.

Awful customer service. Team members chatting at front door blocking the entrance. We needed assistance with a special order door and the that team member seemed upset we were bothering her and gave us MAJOR attitude. Will not shop here again!

I was looking for a product which I could not find even though the website said that they were in stock. I had the most friendly and helpful associate take care of me. She was extremely patient, and she did not stop until I was satisfied. It was a pleasure shopping there, because of her.

ordered items online received the email that items are ready to pickup then got an email the next day where all the chairs I ordered were returned that were already put to the side an ready for pickup I will not be shopping at a home depot because of this experience it was miles from my house an had to find a baby sitter spent money to find out the items were not even there... Very disappointed.

I stopped a guy in a bears shirt with Howard on the back and asked his for assistance. I had my phone open to the product I wanted and he said i should go to that aisle and bay to get the product. I informed him is was there and couldn't find the color i wanted that matched thi picture on my phone.. He told me there was a guy in that aisle and I should look for him. I already had, but looked again and found no one. Typical experience at that store

This store is one of my hardware go-to stores in the area. I'm sure the store has more associates on the weekends, since that is the busy time. Associates were scarce during the evening hours, but that should be expected, especially during this pandemic. The store is well-stocked and clean, and I'm sure is bustling on the weekends!

I am very satisfied with this store. I shop there on the average of once every 2 weeks.

Awesome customer service by the Monday Assistant Manager on 01/27/20

Service desk, specifically Doreen, was very helpful. Made returning merchandise not needed for the job a painless return. Frank, the greeter, was very helpful, as well.

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for 20 year, 8 of which primarily at the Darien location. I have come to appreciate getting all our remodeling and construction needs filled from Home Depot services. Most recently, we ordered all new window treatment. Special shout out to Don who was so nice and helpful. I’m confident we did things right following his assistance.

Staff is friendly.

This is the second time in as many months that I had a problem with this store. The first time was when purchasing a Plexiglas knife that was priced on the shelf for 3.95 and was charged 6.95 at check out. I didn't have time to argue the point, with the cashier. I went to the Oakbrook terrace store the following day and purchased the very same knife for .95 cents. I will return the other knife eventually.

this store is very sneaky and dishonest, leaving the store thinking your transaction has been completed and as you leave it is voided without your knowledge.

Staff very helpful. Customer Service great. I use handicap space so parking often an issue. Store kept neat given the nature of all it sells. I have to use a floor plan layout because I'm usually buying small items. Now, I prefer to shop online and visit the Pick Up Lockers so I don't have to wander to find a small hand saw, etc. Stock kept neat looking most of the time with good displays. Being a senior woman, I'm somewhat overwhelmed when I walk in but have always gotten whatever help I needed here. Great location. Well managed.

Great in every way. Excellent customer service and help. A beautiful store. Exceptionally clean. The problem of dust in the atmosphere which bothered me years ago is now delightfully ameliorated. Thank you. It is a good that I live far enough away from this Home Depot that I do not go several times a week!

whenever we are in this store- it is always clean and the sales associates do their very best to assist and if they do not know- they always find the person in that department or get a manager- we have never been left hanging in the aisle - always able to find the product i am looking for
