Lets start by saying that I have shopped this store since it opened. Very rarley have I been helped or even offered help. I recently purchesed some plants, and was offered helpfull advice by my cashier! Elizabeth asked me if I had any questions about them. Then helped me with location and planting tips. Which I hopes helps them suceed. She was really friendly, and really helpfull. I wish all store interactions were this pleasant.

The store is conveniently close. There is not enough help in the store. I always have to search for someone and not always successfully. Hire people!

Some store workers are exceptional

I always shop at this store. I never have a problem getting someone to assist me in finding what I need or helping me to put heavy purchases in my car. Customer service is great.

I LOVE this location. The store associates are phenomenal. I don't always know how to do what I want to do when I go in but inevitably someone there can help me figure it out! This most recent visit was exceptional. Heather is a great representation of the above. I didn't know what kind of hand sander I had so I had to do my best to describe it and she was able to help me get the right sand paper! She also helped to track down a Home Depot car cart for my 2 year old son! As a mom, it is all a out what you do for my kids, not necessarily me. Brain was training Hector in the paint section. As a former trainer I can tell you Brian was doing an excellent job to pass on his knowledge not only of paint but of how to treat your customers. Hector is going to be great and Brian was wonderful. They helped to match two paint chips I brought in that weren't the most easy to match. Thank you to everyone there. This store's culture is excellent and should be used as an example for other home improvement stores INCLUDING other Home Depots.

The Darien store is so much better run, then most of the other one's near me.The employees are friendly and helpful.

The tenured associates at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the place very nice staff available always.

Tariq, the cashier is very very rude, he literally called me a name. Employee tells me they don't have that item in stock, I corrected him because before coming to the store it stated they had 6. Told him to look up high and that's where he found them. When he opened the box they were scarred w/his knife. Leaving damaged shelves.

I recommend the Home Depot#1905 ;in Darien Illinois I found the products I was looking for easily. We always were helped to find what we needed. The store always was neat and clean. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Great place to shop for you household general and maintenance needs. Very friendly and people persons working at the store. They offer more than you can expect or think of.

Flo is fabulous and always there to provide assistance when need in the plumbing department. Very friendly and helpful assistant managers. I love my neighborhood Home Depot.
