Associates at this store are always friendly and ready to help - yet leave you alone if you are just shopping! I like to browse and look aroung - so it's nice to know I can ask anyone for help and they're ready - but nice not to feel pushed! THANKS!

I went a few weeks ago there and I wanted to buy a shed, and I choose a Princeton 10x10. I saw the price at the sticker and it was $1999.99and the store representative told me that if I wanted it I had to lock that price, she made the notes in my order on that price and I was thinking to go the next day and pick it up. I went the next day and I asked for the shift manager to tell and explain to him that I locked the price one day before and I wanted to pick it up in that moment. He told me that that was not the right price and the new price was $1399.99 so $300 more than the price I locked one day before. And he in front of me changed the price from the notes saying that that price was not correct. I felt very bad in that moment because I had a terribly busy and long day at work that day and I didn’t have nerves to argue with him even though I felt bad. One of the worst experiences even though I go and buy almost everyday there.

Every time I visit this location, I receive excellent service.

I shop at both the store in southern buckhead and this location. This location exceeds my expectations almost every time. The abundant amount of staff always on duty has always made every shopping experience stress-free! Sometimes it takes me a while to find a staff member- but never at this location! Not to mention, the layout and flow of the store makes everything so easy to find. Thank you again for staffing your store with such positive and high energy people. I would specifically like to point out one of your staff members, Sharon! She went out of her way to help me with my check out and was the one who informed me about these surveys. Thanks again Sharon! Keep up the great work :)

Amazing experience every time!!

This store doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I had an exterior door install that I scheduled with Home Depot back in March and twice now, the installers went to pick up the door from the Cumberland Store and were told the door wasn't there. The first time this happened, we called the store and was able to find the door. The second time, I went up to the store to find out what happened and was again told they have the door. I asked (per their installers request) that this door be transferred to a different store that is closer to my house and was told they could ship it to my house but not to another store. When I asked why, I was told "because we do not know if they have anywhere to house the door until the install" but the manager Albert wouldn't even call the store to ask. I ended up just cancelling the order and getting a refund because clearly this store doesn't care about little ol' me out of the millions of customers they have.

Store is clean. Generous amounts of sanitation products as you enter the store. Excellent variety of home appliances.

Mrs Angela was a wonderful loving person in the store. Her actions matches even the very name she was given. She is a very compassion person, full of life and energy. She is a blessing to this store and has been a blessing to me and all those She come in contact with. Thank you for everything Mrs Angela God bless you.

I had an excellent experience today at the Cumberland Home Depot. Matt greeted me as I walked down the isle asking me if I needed any help. I needed a pump sprayer and he guided me to them and described their sprayers. While I was making up my mind, Matt proceeded to help 2 different customers. His attitude and friendliness with me and the two other customers were great. It was a pleasure to have someone greet me and then help with my decision. I haven't had this kind of customer service at any store in years. He is an asset to Home Depot!

If you want professional service and individuals who show customer service - shop at this location. I had ordered online for pick-up at the Cascade store #0130, and the experience was miserable - they didn't have the merchandise when I came for pick-up, and kept me waiting. This store had the products and willing associates to help.

Awful customer service and overall experience with a door installation. DO NOT purchase a door from this Home Depot. Ordered the door in early December, took over 2 months to arrive. This location first LOST the door, which pushed back the already extremely long installation process by an additional 4 weeks. When the door finally arrived it was beyond damaged to the point where it could not be installed. Took almost a week to get my money back and still did not get all of my money back. Part of the door was purchased on a VISA giftcard that I no longer have and the store refused to give store credit to make up for the lost refund money. 0/10, do not recommend.

The store was well stocked and employees were friendly. Just need to clear the isles a little more.

The associate left what he was doing and walked me to the Isle and the shelf for the item I was looking for. also asked me if I needed any other help. He was very pleasant too.

I do not work for The Home Depot. Why should I have to check myself out. Hire cashiers. I do not have the time nor the inclination to learn every POS system on the planet. I will continue to hold my barcode up for an employee to scan at these stupid self checkout kiosks.

Great store with good employees. Always have what I’m looking for and if I can’t find it at first the employees are always eager to help to make sure my shopping experience went over smoothly. The store was very clean am impressed by it.

I received great service while in the store, however it appears that any follow-up should also be done in person as phone calls were not a all satisfactory. I attempted to follow-up about my appliances purchase and was unable to actually speak to a sales associate; was placed on hold (which not a problem especially during a busy time and is expected) but what I did Not expect or appreciate is for someone to pick up, not acknowledge me at all, but instead just placed the phone on the counter- I could hear the noise and people talking in the background. I continued to say “Hello” - no one responded. After 7 or 8 minutes of this the phone was out back on hold and rolled back to the front, where I was sent back, I assume to appliances as that is the department I asked to be connected to for the 4th time during this calls; where - you guessed it - I was disconnected. I called the main HD corporate number to see if they could help and learned that I wouldn’t be able to credit the install against the purchase of the appliances and then told they don’t even install Wall unit ovens! Are you kidding me!!!!!!!

This store was very clean fully stocked and the staff very friendly

The Cumberland location is well laid out, the people are friendly, fun and very helpful. Great place to shop.

Store 0121 is my store. It happens to be the closest to my home, but even if not this is where I would choose to shop. For it is always well stocked, clean and staffed with terrific associates. I am more than pleased to give them top billing. Keep up the great work 0121, your making Home Depot proud!

Close to house - most of the time H.D. has what I am looking for

I stood waiting for a personal phone call to conclude before I was helped. Only to be given sub par assistance because the associate made it clear at 1:50 pm that he got off at 2 pm and I needed to get help from someone else because he had to go. The 10 minutes he was on his personal cell phone could have negated all of this.

No store manager. Worst Home Depot associates ever. Never got help and was laughed at by sales cashier Sharon when asked for store manager. Service manager was excellent lady but informed me no store manager here. Other Home Depot’s are FAR better!

This store is by far the best Home Depot that I have been to. And that is saying a lot since I do work for people all over the Atlanta Metro area. I was particularly impressed by my cashier Shenai, who came to my aid when I had a problem scanning some items. She was extremely polite and quickly resolved the issue so that I could get back to work. I did not even have to ask for help. This is the kind of customer service that all the Home Depot stores should emulate. Good job!

The curbside pickup and buy online pick up in store have been extremely unpleasant and inefficient each time I’ve used them at the Cumberland location. The order took more than a day to be “ready for pickup”. When I arrived for curbside and notified that I was here, nobody came out. After 25 minutes, I went into the store to get my order which I found out was not actually ready. The customer service associate went to pick the items. After returning to the desk, they notified me that the bulk of my items were sold out yesterday and they would have to cancel that portion of the order. Lastly, after failing to fill most of my order, they pulled my items up to the customers service desk and told me to have a good day without offering to help load any of the materials for an order that was supposed to be curbside (gravel, lumber, concrete blocks).

This is my favorite Home Depot store. It is clean and well stocked. The atmosphere reminds me of an upscale department store. Excellent customer service. The associates are helpful and know where items are stocked. I like to just walk around and browse even if I don't buy anything.
