Riley was an amazing help with finding product for me at the store! Halloween items are in hot demand and she was able to locate a product for me that was not yet set out from receiving as restock. She took the time to locate the item and bring it to me. She rocks!

Hi, my name is Sean and I am a general contractor that spends over $70k a year at this specific location, I am sometimes here multiple times a day. Whether you get greeted nicely or you happen to run into an aggravated employee who seems rude and upset is a crap shoot. Usually the hostile employees are temporary and you will likely not see then in the coming months as they are likely seasonal or terminated, however, it doesn't change the fact that you have the unfortunate fate of having to deal with them. My last experience was from: Sales Person SLW24UF at the ProDesk of all places. Extremely rude and hostile even to my employee who was just trying to checkout. She had several comments and attitude the entire time. I'm really growing tired of these temporary employees. Jackie, who is the manager of the pro department really needs to get these folks in shape or ship them out.

I purchased 1 item from Garden Center and 1 item from Lighting. I found that I didn't need either one. Return was quick and easy. This is a supportive and pleasant Home Depot.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your cashiers, Pamela, during my recent visit to your store. Pamela went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was both enjoyable and efficient. From the moment I approached the checkout counter, Pamela greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. She exhibited exceptional professionalism and courtesy throughout the transaction, making me feel valued as a customer. While my overall experience was positive, I noticed that there were few employees readily available in the aisles to assist customers. At times, I found myself needing guidance or help locating items, but there was no one nearby to ask for assistance. This lack of accessibility to staff members made it challenging to address my needs efficiently. As a suggestion for improvement, I recommend ensuring that there are more employees present in the aisles or implementing a system that allows customers to easily request assistance when needed. This could include strategically stationed employees throughout the store or implementing call buttons or signage indicating how customers can request help.

It is always refreshing to receive great customer care. The garden center at this store's location was one of the best I've experienced in a long time. Thank you, Cameron for making my husband and I visit enjoyable with the laughter and joy you gave us! People need to laugh more often! 🤣

I bought 15 boxes and Ashley Jones scanned them in for me so I needn’t scan them one at a time. She was professional, friendly and proactive.

Went to pickup a toilet ordered on line. Happy the sales associate that helped us went out of her way to locate the toilet as it wasn’t inventoried yet.

The costumer service at this store is phenomenal! Everyone from the managers to the cashiers go above and beyond to make sure your shopping experiences are memorable!!

I am in big box stores a few times a week purchasing and returning items for remodeling projects. Making a complicated return after a weekend drop ceiling project, I probably had the best return experience ever! The customer service rep, "Happy" was friendly, courteous, and very professional, and helped work through all the items, and even gave me a band aid, alcohol swab and antibiotic ointment when I got a small cut from one of the sharp return items! Great Store and great service!

Visited store 12/7 around 10:30 am. There were three employees. All of them goofing off and MIA. When I finally located them they were hidden away chatting. The lady with the blonde braids decided she would mix my paints. While paints were mixing she went back to her colleagues to chat. Once paints were mixed, she proceeded to chat with a male customer instead of finishing up with me, making me wait. She finally brought items over, left them on the counter in front of me without saying a word and making sure I was satisfied; and proceeded to talk to the male customer. Worst service ever. I will never shop in your store again. Note: I used to work for your corporate office in the 90s and customers were never treated so poorly.

Ms. Letty was tethered to her commitment of being rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. Standing next to her, I asked over 3 times for her advise on products she was restocking. She completely ignored me. When i stated “you must not be able to hear me” she finally acknowledged my presence with a mean and grimacing facial expression stated no i cant. She then proceeded to restock and never helped me. Who treats people like that? Monroe and Ms. Tee went over and beyond to help me in the end.

Store employees were very helpful and accommodating.

Michelle was very helpful in showing me how to use the self pickup storage box thing. Super friendly also

I had an outstanding experience at Home Depot thanks to the exceptional service provided by Donna at the Pro check-out. She went above and beyond to assist me in loading my truck, and what truly impressed me was her proactive approach. Instead of wasting time looking for a loader, she immediately stepped in to help, making the process efficient and hassle-free. Their dedication to customer service made my visit to Home Depot truly exceptional, and I greatly appreciate their efforts. It's employees like this that make a significant positive impact on the overall shopping experience. Thank you!

I have encountered Kristi about a dozen times and she has always been unbelievably nasty. This is HD's flagship store, given that HD HQ is right across the street. To think that she is the face of customer service there is appalling. I would fire her in a heartbeat.

I was in a rush. Picking up 5 online orders. I was fortunate that associate Happy new exactly what to do to make it all go smoothly and get me on my way. She certainly "nailed it!"

Easy in and out. Had assistance from one of the associates and was done in roughly 5 minutes or so.

I am so glad that Sam and Lynn were able to make my trip less stressful by helping me apply for the Home Depot CC while also checking me out with my things. They were super friendly and knowledgeable on everything that was asked. These women deserve a raise!

London and Steve were incredibly helpful today! Both assisted in locating a specific item, and then went above and beyond to make sure the item was cut down to the right length and size. I had an unconventional request: I needed a 3" length of 4" dia. PVC pipe cut in half lengthwise for a 2-part silicone mold housing. London jumped right in and made it happen, saving me 10+ hours of potential 3D printing and hassle. Thanks to the awesome staff at this HD location!

Excellent, well-stocked and vibrant shopping experience, with friendly store associates, and a very easy returns and check-out process. I was just shopping for some light bulbs, cleaning supplies and garden needs, but it was fun to see all of the families checking out the awesome Halloween display.

I go to home depot for everything from plants to tools, I love it...I could wander all day!!!😊 I've only had good experiences, everyone is so nice.

TOO MANY DOGS. I’m a dog mom, but I don’t think people should take pets into stores. Customers are trying to shop and not have other pets licking at them or barking at other dogs or customers .Customer service is AMAZING, but they always have too many dogs.

I come into the store all the time! I get greeted 95% of the time. Today i needed a quick purchase for a pickup and was able to achieve that with ease. The service desk associates are awesome especially Monroe. She helped me complete a phone sale picked the items for me and had them ready when arrived! We need more people like her around, her work ethic, personality and respect is beyond many! Store 0121 keep up the positive energy! :-)

I left my credit card in my car and Ali at checkout secured my items until I returned.We both also shared a joke about it.

The truck I initially reserved via Penske was unavailable. Kwami was so helpful and personable and took care of all of my needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
