I always have a great experience at this store, but my visit on 5/09/2022, I had 3 employees who went above and beyond; shout out to Ali, London, & Jason! Thanks for helping me with the "Rustic Canyon Stepping Stones" Awesome customer service.

The store manager greeted me when I came in. He asked me my reason for my visit. I told him and he walked me to the electronic department and helped me himself with the item I was looking for!! To have that kind of attention from this man is not uncommon. That is one of the reasons I will shop here!! Thank you!

I went in the store with a picture of the table I wanted to refinish. I had already sanded it and found some gap in the wood. When I saw Alexandria I showed her a picture of the table, described my need and asked if she could help me. After listening attentively she politely replied that while she could not she would take me to someone who could. On the way she asked how my day was going and shared that hers was going well. She introduced me to Michael and then she described to him what my need was (making the point that she had in fact listened very well). Michael took it from there. He looked at the picture, showed me the wood filler I needed, the exterior paint type for the job (saying with the right paint a polyurethane coating was unnecessary), helped match the color to the original, and selected the supplies I needed to complete the tasks. I told him I had been quoted a $1200 costs for re-doing the table and he said "that's why we are here, to help you do it yourself". I tried to give him a small token of appreciation and he refused saying if I really wanted to thank him please fill out a survey and then said "and please include Alexandria as well if you thought that she was helpful". My thanks to the Home Depot dynamic duo of customer service.

Honestly I think this is the best service I ever had at Home Depot. She helped me get what I was looking for and made it easy.

Lovely Pitts customer service was amazing.

While in Home depot I had some questions regarding paint and other home supplies. The young lady that assisted me was great. Being a woman myself it was refreshing to come across someone to help. Veniqua was nice friendly and knowledgable, if anyone of my friends asks me if I know anyone who could assist I would recommend her. Good job and I hope she can train others to be similar to her.

Keith, Bailey, and Theo are the best! A lot of times, especially since the pandemic has caused so many problems with labor, customer service people can get super frustrated with simple tasks. Helping me purchase my replacement parts took a while and took a bit of work and these three were extremely helpful and positive the entire time. Theo (manager) leads by example with his positive attitude, Bailey stayed past her time to make sure I was good even though she was supposed to clock out, and Keith multitasked really well by helping customers in between helping me. Truly great job!

I had a REALLY great experience today at this location. I asked multiple individuals for assistance and they were ALL extremely helpful. Not only did they provide me with the exact location of the item I was looking for, but also escorted me to the location

I called my wife and screamed, “they have everything I need!” It’s hard to find a store right now that has everything you need and then have awesome customer service like Vince to make it even better. This will be more store from now on

I fell in love with the solar stakes for 9.99. The Cumberland store had some left, and I bought 6 of them. My problem? I wanted to store them upright after Christmas due to the glass orbs on the end. I went into the store to find a solution when I was approached by 2 employees who asked if I needed help. When I showed them the stakes, 'Josh' came down from his ladder where he was stocking shelves. He accompanied me to the Garden Center, all the while giving me ideas to try. We walked back inside, and he found 2 small stackable crates(9.99) that will allow the stakes to be stored upright! I absolutely loved the solution, and the great customer service! If I have his name wrong, he is a tall, stocky African-American gentleman.

The costumer service is the best! Especially a young lady named Ashley whom help me that day. I had gone to two other stores trying to buy reindeer for a party, and she took the time to find and ask a manager if I could buy the ones displayed outside. The manager approved, and, then, Ashley cut off the strings holding them down, looked up the prices on the Home Depot app, and stayed outside in the cold wind with the 5 reindeer while I went inside and paid and brought my car around!

I am a contractor and shop in this store frequently. I really appreciate the cashiers at the contractor end of the store. They are often abused by early morning rude contractors who don't have a lick of patience but I watch them handle things very graciously. I'll always have their back!

Shopped at the this evening, found joe to be particularly helpful, and he helped me find what I needed.

I bought Drano to clear the drain in my kitchen sink. It worked.

Needed a backup garage door battery since it completed its 8 year backup cycle and started beeping ever 30 seconds (drove us crazy)! Removed old battery and took a picture of model number and name, found online at HOME DEPOT.COM. Went to store after work, spoke with sales agent who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She found item easily on HOME DEPOT website, worked her magic- ordered the item and had it shipped to my home. Process took minutes and I left with a huge smile since process was easy and happened quickly. A+ experience on a cold, rainy night.

My sunroof shattered on the expressway and I needed to cover it until I got to the dealership the next day. Shawn not only suggested tape instead of plastic but he walked with me back to my truck and taped up the sunroof for me. I was really grateful because I was tired from driving out of town, it was late and I was alone. I will never forget this experience and Excellent customer service :)

Even though this is a busy location I have always found the associates to be not only very knowledgeable, but also helpful. They are ready to help you locate just the item that you're looking for. The store is clean, well stocked and considering the foot traffic kept uncluttered.
