Store personal are not trained well enough to complete the job they are required to do.

Jasmine in the paint dept is knowledgeable and friendly employee I enjoyed learning about the different aspects of paints.

The Covina Home Depot is a great store with outstanding and friendly customer service.

All the store clerks were helpful. I wish to particularly commend the Sales Cashier Resa. She was so helpful, cheerful, professional, patient and kind. It really made our shopping experience pleasant.

Store is very organized and staff is friendly and helpful. We were there shopping for Christmas decorations and one of the staff saw my daughter admiring the decorative balloons. He promptly asked if she wanted one and cut it down for her to have. It's the above and beyond friendly service that makes this store stand out.

Whenever I go to Covina Home Depot I leave with a smile. The employees at this store are always courteous, kind and helpful. I have an old shower and needed a valve for the faucet. The employee in the plumming area found the correct part and explained how to install it. This is not a one time occurrence. These employees are always ready to help, they find the things I need and assist with helping me, always with courtesy and kindness.

Today my mom and I exited the Garden area and was greeted by Cashier Daniela who helped us with our oversized load. Daniela was very efficient and knowledgeable and answered our questions directly. It is because of these experiences at Home Depot that I no longer shop at other places. I even got keys made from the first employee I asked.WOW!! Dave in Hardware helped me with a screw for my walker.You guys rocked it today, Thank You all. Especially Daniela. Very polite, great to see a beautiful smile.TY. Also got a great experience from HD TOOL RENTALS as these two strong guys helped me load a 100 snake into my nieces tiny mustang. Helpful and very polite. So from TOOLS to the Garden section I am very happy with my experience and look forward to my next project when I will be shopping at Home Depot . You cannot get this from other Home Improvement outlets.

Great store? Great customer service!

Felix and Eduardo, at the Covina Home Depot, knocked it out of the park. They were awesome in providing stellar customer service and being extremely patient, supportive, and committed to doing whatever needed to be done to ensure that I found what I needed. There are so many great employees working at home depot who I enjoy working with and seeing every time I go. Felix and Eduardo are two of them. David was also awesome during the visit when I first stopped at the customer service center. Kudos to Felix, Eduardo and David for always providing stellar customer service when I visit the Covina Home Depot store!

The Covina Home Depot has a great group of folks working there. Over and over again (and I'm in that store ALL THE TIME) I am pleased by their support, assistance, courtesy, and friendly demeanors. I consider the Covina Home Depot my home away from home because I'm in there so much and, in addition to product availability, it is because of the wonderful employees there and what they do that I keep coming back and will continue to. I will also continue to recommend this store to my friends, neighbors and family.

Angie, from Guest Services, was quite helpful! My husband and I were informed the Covina store had 23 Emergency Gas Shut-off Wrench after initially going to the neighborhood Glendora store. When 2 employees tried to assist us to locate the item, but to no results, we had gone to Guest Services to complain. The one employee informed us that the item was not in the store but in the delivery truck. We had to wait until the following day to purchase the item. At Guest Services, Angie was gracious to locate the item for us by checking on her computer inventory system. She did inform us the item was in the back warehouse and she was going to retrieve 2 for us. In addition, Angie checked out the items at her register which was convenient after walking half the store in locating the item.

Great customer service! I enjoy going to Home Depot as much for the interaction with the outstanding customer Service staff as for the product availability. It's nice to find what you need and to get the help that you need every time I visit the store!

I AM A LANDLORD AND VISIT STORE # 1845 QUITE OFTEN, NOT ONLY FOR THE RENTALS BUT FOR MY VERY OWN HOME. THE ASSOCIATES ALONG WITH MANAGEMENT ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I MOST DEFINITELY HAVE HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME DEPOT.

I wanted to comment specifically about the customer service I received from Jim in Patio and Garden at the Covina store. He went above and beyond in assisting me with canopy tents that I needed to purchase quickly due to impending rain. I drove quite a distance for them as other stores did not carry this particular model in stock. Jim was helpful on the phone in checking the stock, set the merchandise aside for me and was waiting when I arrived -- even going so far as to measure my care to ensure everything would fit. I really appreciated his good attitude and friendly customer service.

I easily find the item I wanted on my visit. Staffs are so helpful and readily give assistance.

I love the excellent customer service that this location delivers. Angie at the special service desk is alway quick and extremely helpful at meeting my needs. Sylvia in receiving is very helpful with customers when walking down the aisles. Tony the Assistant Manager is always on point and quick to deliver outstanding customer service in any department requested. All the employees seem very happy and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. By far my favorite home depot to shop.
