It took over 45 minutes to get someone to help. First guy said he needed to call someone to come and then left. I went to customer service after 25 mins and they called someone and they did not show up. Went again after 40 minutes and they had to call again. Finally Joe from gardening came to help and to see if he can get someone. The guy was on break and no one knew and failed to give me a heads up. The guy on break was nice enough to help me load the cart along with Joe.

Ordered an item. It was not fully delivered had to go in the store to fight to get it picked up and to get a refund and to get my order replaced on time before my install. Resolution has still not been made regarding the problem that I had. Natalie and Kim did a great job in trying to help. But I really wanted to speak the store manager who refused to see me. Cashier and customer service Christina was great and Moises and flooring was great

Store Manager - Leslie A Stewart - Trinidad needs racial sensitivity training! I visited the Covina Home Depot this evening to purchase a reciprocating saw and a bathroom ceiling ventilation fan. The register clerk did not bag the items - I'm assuming because the boxes were too large. I parked near the entrance, like I always do, and exited the entrance today because it was raining and I didn't want the boxes or, more importantly, the receipt to get wet had I taken the north exit which was much further away from where I was parked so that I'd have a clear receipt if I needed to return either or both of the items. However, I had the receipt in my right hand as I was carrying both items toward the entrance to exit the store. Miss Stewart Trinidad was standing near the entrance talking to store employee. When I passed them, she called out to me to show her my receipt. I turned and asked her if this was a new store policy. (I have exited the store via the entrance several times in the past and have never once been asked to show my receipt. But this was all before Miss Stewart Trinidad was a manager at the store.) She said it was not a store policy, but because I was leaving via the entrance (and she said this very condescendingly) and because was a store manager while pointing at her chest she could ask you to show her my receipt - also in a very condescending way. I told her that I had never been asked to show my receipt before and didn't have to show it to her. Then she said, "No you don't and It's not like I'm going to run outside after you." I found this remark to be very disrespectful and also condescending. I felt like she was likening me to people who shoplift and cannot be pursued by store employees once they've left the building. I found that to be very insulting. I'm not a shoplifter and have never stolen anything in my life. I've never left the store so upset before. In fact, I've never left the store upset before at all in all the years I've shopped there. I showed her my receipt and left the store. I found this encounter with her to be very demeaning, disrespectful, rude, and racially motivated. Again, I've NEVER had a problem shopping at Home Depot until today. I almost feel like I now never want to go there again because I don't want to have another interaction with her. Miss Stewart - Trinidad needs racial profile training.

purchase the tool that I've been wanting for a while using part of my rewards from my home Depot perks and had great service from the manager on down this is one of my regular home depots I do go to mini but still one of my favorite

Had a problem with the delivery of my refrigerator and the delivery company and I went into the store and Erica started to help me and she was very friendly and was able to help fix my problem and come up with a solution that I was happy with. She was extremely patient and kind to me which I truly appreciated.

Outta the blue appears two wonderful people who work here at the Home Depot in Covie. Their names Linda Lou and Cassie sound like country girls. And they provided that good old fashioned country help. Without asking for assistance Linda Lou helped me look over the prices of a shower head and a good brand to purchase. Along came Cassie who helped me at the self serve register. I was wondering about discounts and Cassie suggested the Home Depot credit card offers a discount if you open a credit card account. Thought about it for a few minutes. Hmmm... $65.00 savings and her little eyes staring at me... Awwwe... why not! Love the great assistance that my brother and I received. I shop a ton at home depot. Notably, I keep coming back to the Covina store. The customer service desk is also quite bearable. People there are nothing but smiles, especially Jessica. There's always help around and everyone makes a noticeable effort to help me whenever I ask for it. I've been to other home depot stores, since my job takes me everywhere, and I always get this "hand him off to someone else" vibe. I understand that there are departments and specialties but at other stores they don't help me find the right person. At Covina, they literally help me find the right person! Love this place.

Customer service representative Rose from the West Covina Store NAILED IT! She was STELLAR!!! Rose helped me select 2 custom patio doors and one garden window. She was competent and extremely professional in helping me complete my order and even helped me save some money! She went well beyond the "CALL of DUTY in addressing my order! Brought in an item to return, was greeted and helped by Jessica, can't express how delightful she was to deal with, so upbeat and fun. In the so, so world we live in these days, she was a bright star!

I went to the garden department and Tiffany was so very friendly and helpful.

I needed new pipes for my broken washing machine. I found Chris in the piping depth, all I had was my broken pipes and a picture, and Chris was extremely patient and extremely helpful! He found everything I needed and took the time to explain how each piece fit together and how to attach it to the pipes in my house. Because he took that extra time to explain things to me it took me 10 minutes to install all by myself. Thank you Chris!

had a crunch time frame and Anthony, Alan and Sergio had me loaded in record time was able to make 2 trips in the time i thought i would only get 1 these 3 save me time and went above and beyond on customer service

We have being going here for many of our home projects and the workers here are great. They go out of their way to answer questions, give advice, help load heavy materials and give a friendly smile.
