Everything is perfect on home depot

I would not recommend this store if you are a person of color. I have never felt more humiliated in my life & had never experienced prejudice. The men & the tool rental dept Andrew & Steve made me feel this way. By denying me service after finishing with a customer not of color. I’ve been shopping at Home Depot since I bought my home 25 yrs ago & spent large amounts of money at all Home Depot’s. It’s a shame & yes I am upset no one should ever have to be treated in a manner where one is felt lesser than.

Stupid crazy stressful experience here. First of all the items I want have different pricing on them. Now I have to go back and get something else in my price range. Then I tell a associate my situation and says he will have someone from the lumber department to help me out. No one ever came back... THEN I go to self check out this young girl with short black hair perhaps had green in her hair. Makes me go to the line seeing no one is in self checkout and makes me walk back to the register. I wish I would of payed attention to their name tags but as I said I was already super stressed at no one helping me and the wrong price tags.

When the cashier by the name of “Stephanie“ is wearing a sweatshirt that says “antisocial social club“ she is living up to that name! Rude, incompetent, and made mistakes that cost me time to go back into the store to another register to have corrected.

Great friendly professional helpful employees. Only wish prices were alittle more reasonable.

The only reason I would not recommend this store is because of the rude customer service. Walking in you are greeted. After that, not one employee makes an effort to ask if you need help. When you finally ask someone, they don't know the answer. I don't want to make it seem like all employees are like that at this store but there are a few, at least the one's I talked to.

Very friendly and helpful. Return line was kind if long and waited a bit, but overall very good store

The Christmas Trees they are selling have very little or no scent at all. Very disappointing????

Estefania was awesome. I wanted to split my payment between cash and card and it was 1 min before closing and she was pleasant and accommodating. She made my day.

The West Covina store is cleaner, neater, less crowded, more convenient parking and it's only 3 miles away

I have been shopping at Home Depot, Covina for many years. This branch is clean and everyone is extremely helpful. I have never met a representative or cashier who was unfriendly. Everyone looks like the love their job which makes for a really great shopping experience.

They are not helpful and very unprofessional. You really have to know what you want and find it yourself. We ordered blinds from them and it was a nightmare to order. Then after waiting 2 months the blinds were made backwards. Not sure if it is worth the money to shop there. You have to constantly follow up with anything you order with Home Depo.

THE COVINA HOME DEPOT OFFERS THE BEST OF THE BEST FOR EVERYONE WHO WALKS IN THE DOOR. YOU MUST REMEMBER IT WAS ONE OF THE 1ST STORES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. [:-)

SHOP HERE ALL THE TIME. FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN STORE, DECENT STOCK, DON'T REALLY HAVE ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR STORE.

This store is very clean. The employees are very friendly, helpful, smiling, and respect to all buyers.

Zech in paint department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Entire staff very professional. Mgr. Mike is always helpful. I will not shop anywhere else. You have earned my loyalty with your great service, selection, and savings. Thank you.

I have always shopped at a Home Depot, but being forced to self check-out is not right. All your doing is eliminating jobs. There is nothing like good customer service, what is happening? There are plenty looking for work.

The store was very clean and easy to shop.
