Products listed as in stock not in store...poor inventory control I've repeatedly been accorded EXTREMELY poor Customer Service.. (Most are part-time Texas A&M students who treat their job as an opportunity to kick back and do NOTHING....) I would never, and I mean NEVER recommend this store to anyone, period...

Always a great experience coming to this store ..everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly..store is always organized and items are easy to find..also the fact that you guys have many many tools for DYI projects is awesome! Always end up buying things that are on sale ..big thumbs up!!

Home Depot has earned my respect. They are friendly , courteous , helpful and knowledgeable . The store is clean, the bathrooms are clean. The aisles are clean and organized . If an employee doesn't know the answer they direct you to someone who does. They say hi and smile when they pass by . Tile and floor area has samples of tile you can buy to see if you like it before buying a whole pack, buying by the piece is nice. Samples of other flooring as well. Dairus is the go to man in Home Depot, he is very helpful.

The salesman at this store was a great guy who really helped me out.

I purchased a huge tile order for my house of flooring, Back splash, and shower tile, I tried to order it on line but the dates were all over the place on Delivery. I went into the Store and Matt Wisdom and Jim Spencer, Worked with me and found every last tile I needed and helped pick out the right grout colors for all the different styles of tile. It took a couple of hours to get it right but they were determined to help me get everything I needed before my dead line for my contractor. I can't Thank them enough for all there help and patience with me and getting this order together at the last minute, I even had a previous Carpet order on hold and Matt took care of making sure that what I had ordered was indeed what was on the order. Thank you so much guys I have saved so much money going through Home Depot over other higher priced stores, And the Customer Service I received I will be seeing Matt & Jim again in the near future, Thank you Guys Its been amazing working with you. ALL the associates where friendly and helpful !!!!! I Love going to my local H.D... They always seem to have what other stores don't. And the Store over all is CLEAN ! Even the Restrooms too ! And if they don't have the item, they go out of their way to see if they can get it or something comprable.

Had problems with appliances after professionally installed and cannot get a live person on the phone. Have called 2 days in a row.

This store has a great selection as expected. I particularly choose this store because of it's knowledgeable employees and their customer service attitude. They are the best.

Great service! Someone was available to assist me with questions and helped me locate the products I wanted to purchase.

My only complaint is this, " We have the second smallest HD in the entire state of Texas. The running joke is that corporate in Atlanta just took into account the population of College Station, but College Station shares a common border with Bryan, Texas and they are of equal size.

This store is an excellent place to shop and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. Considering my age they make sure I can reach (or they reach it for me) a lot of things and if I look like I'm looking for something, someone will always ask me if they can help me.

The College Station Home Depot is full of helpful folks that aren't hard to find and actually offer to help you BEFORE you ask! This is a stark contrast to the other big box home improvement store in town. Love the selection, the people, their attitude and the prices.

Best store to go to for any house hold product, inside and outside, I have shopped Home Depot for over 15 years now. Its my go to store.
