In the 15 years that we have lived in Bryan/College Station this has been the place to go for lumber, paint, faucet, hot water tank, plumbing supplies, air filters, gardening supplies, new LED lights and ceiling fans. The prices are competitive and the service has been above average. Helpful employees has made a pleasant shopping experience over the years. A good store to shop at for your needs.

There are some very helpful employees at this store that need recognition and they are Donna, Cory, Cade and Dylan. They all went above and beyond to help with our purchases in the remodel of our parents home. I recommend College Station Home Depot for anyone looking for a home improvement store.

Friendly and helpful.

I went in to try to find a new refrigerator. I live 2 hours from this store, so was not sure I would be able to find something much less have it delivered. Richard in appliances made my day...knew his frigs and all about delivery and was sooo patient and kind. I will go back, even to just visit with him. Got the frig, on time and all is well....

The workers there were so nice and the store is clean and good to shop at.

This location doesn't own its business or is empowered to reach out to corporate to improve communication.

Showed up at Home Depot right before closing time more than a little stressed as a result of two broken water pipes as a result of the terrible winter weather. I was greeted by Gary, one of the Assistant Managers. He saw that I was carrying a PVC assembly that was damaged. He picked out all the parts and equipment I would need and walked me through the procedure. This is the kind of service I have come to expect from this store. I am happy to shop here and look forward to my next visit!

Clean, friendly, efficient, knowledgable sales clerk. Salesman helped us find the product we were looking for, explained Home Depot Protection plan and was enjoyable to visit with.

I shop HD for my home improvement needs whether it's simply light bulbs, or a barn door. The store is clean and organized, and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. During Covid-19, the employees are wearing masks, and the hand sanitizer is available at the checkout. I like leaving the store feeling satisfied!!

The store employees (except the cashiers) are not at all interested in helping. If you need something loaded (like a pallet of concrete mix or other items that are stored elsewhere like re-bar in 20' lengths), be prepared to wait. You may want to pack a lunch. This store is probably the worst I've experienced. I will not be giving the home depot any more of my money since they couldn't care less about me as a customer
