Store has very large parking lot so parking is very easy. Always easy to get in-and-out and they almost always have what I need/want.

Extremely disappointed in lack of customer service and lack of managerial skills- they lost a customer (i literally cancelled my order and closed my card)

My fiance and I had a terrible experience ordering blinds from this store. Not only was it a struggle to have an employee help us, when we finally received help, the employees were not knowledgable about the materials. The store sent an incompetent individual to measure blinds for our home. Once the measurements were taken, it was about another 5 visits before we were able to get someone to help us place the order for blinds. The blinds were shipped to us and were just left outside our building in the open for anyone to take ($2,000 worth of blinds). The same employee that measured came back to install the blinds we ordered. This same individual drilled unnecessary holes into our ceilings and then realized the measurements were incorrect, and the type of blinds we ordered could not be installed in our apartment. We clearly stated (and our account was noted) of our particular circumstances, but due to the poor knowledge of store employees, we were told by home depot employees these types of blinds would be no problem. The installer blamed Home Depot, and Home Depot is blaming the installer. I had to lug the blinds back to Home Depot and fight to get my money back........and they wouldn't refund us the installation fee and the blinds were never even installed! I was told a supervisor from that department would contact me the next day. I have yet to hear back and it has been several days. From start to finish, this experience has been a nightmare and all we wanted to do was give them business. Horrible experience!!!

There was a live pigeon in the store which is considered a health risk. Care should be taken to remove these pigeons from the establishment. All in all Home Depot college point Store has been my go to home store for many many years. I’ve always enjoyed shopping there and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem there with any employee or any purchase or/return. Thank you very much for the opportunity to express my thanks

Abundance of parking, a great pro desk employee and friendly cashier

We were having trouble finding concrete block for our garden. We were assisted by Yolanda, who I believe is the store manager. She went out of her way to check her device and locate the item but it was out of stock. She did find the item in another store but then she went and got us a couple similar items and brought out a sample of each block to see if we could substitute them for our project. I was impressed with her and really appreciated all the time she spent with us. Thank You!!

Parking at this store is always easy. Can almost always find what I need and quick in-and-out. Staff is always friendly and helpful

This store was neat clean and easy to navigate. There was a wide selection of lamps and garden tools available.

My experience today 5-15-19 was a surprise to see how nice the gardening area was kept. The young lady working in this department was maintaining it and I complemented her and ask for where I could find a particular plant. She very nicely directed me to that area. You need more responsible folks like her. My complements to her and the Store Manager, KEEP UP THE NICE WORK!

I always get what I need in tis store. Always clean, well stocked and logically organized. ALWAYS an employee in the floor ready to help!

This place usually has no help. No one here knows anything. They don't hire x-plumbers or electricians or painters or hardware guys. Sometimes it is a total waste of time for me. Today it was special and I actually found what I needed and bought it.

Easy to get to, easy to park; helpful and helpful employees

Not one person in the store asks for their assistance. So I took it to myself and walked toward cashier Fernando at the Gardening dept. I hope this is your name as it show on this receipt. I would like to also give credit to the security guard which also doesn't provide their names directed me to other staffs in Gardening dept. Everyone did there part directing me to the locations of my items. Thank you guys! In the future I would like to see people on the sales floor give their opinion about the product which works best for different situations. Its great that you have many varies of the same product at different sale price point. But I want to know if my money is going to what its worth. I don't mind spending more on quality than quantities. I, like most customers don't have the luxury to read all the labels. This divided shopping online and getting an personal experience at a store.

We found the products easily. We were provided all the assitance for finding our products.Staff at this store was extremely friendly and helpful. This store was very neat. We will love to shop at this store whenever we need any product for our household. We strongly recommend this store.

This is the 2nd time in less than 7 days that I came into this location and the treatment of customer went from bad to worst. This is not the customer service experience I have come to expect at Home Depot. I will not come back to this store if you need something go to the location behind sky view mall they are more customer service friendly.

Extremely unsatisfied at this location I was basically treated like a criminal when all I was doing was paying for items at self checkout
