Home Depot is always very clean and it's easy to find what you need. Employees are always helpful.

My wife went into your store in Cleveland, TN a few days ago to return and item for me. When she got to the service desk, there was a gentleman in a wheelchair assisting her. Being the good wife and person that she is, she complemented the gentleman in the wheelchair about how she admired him for working in spite of his handicap. Of course it may be his personality, but he was not happy or friendly. He did not smile, and in a hateful term he stated and I quote “ I didn’t know that I had a handicap”. Of course this embarrassed my wife and at the same time Angered her somewhat. He could have smiled and said thank you and moved on, but he chose to comment in an inappropriate manner. My wife, being so embarrassed told me she meant nothing of her comment and now will be reluctant in even speaking with anyone that may have any kind of handicap. You may want to speak with this man about his inappropriate behavior, not to mention him not being friendly to her even before she said anything about her admiring him for working, because she said when she walked up to the Service Desk, he didn’t speak and when she said I have something to return, he said ” I can see that , Lady”. She thought when she gave him a compliment that he would change his attitude, but he didn’t. Thank you for reading this and I hope he changes his attitude before hurting anyone or anybody else’s feelings.

Several months ago we were thinking about buying some medicine cabinets for our house. An enlpyee in that department helped us. He was so friendly, professional and well informed. I only know his first name was Gary.

Clean organized store, well stocked with helpful friendly staff. This store is always a pleasure to shop in.

There aren't many options for Home Improvement stores and in the past I've shopped here and used to get good customer service but today it was almost impossible to get help and the first sales clerk we found acted like he was bothered when we approached him. Finally after seeking a while a saleswoman came over. We were interested in an item but it wasn't on the shelf. The shelves weren't very full of options although the kitchen faucet display wall was full of many. Our first choice wasn't in stock so we opted for a different one. At first we noticed the same SKU number that was listed for $139 showed merchandise on the shelf under a price tag of $92 so the saleswoman was going to sell it to us for $92 and adjust the price but after telling us she would, she changed her mind and decided to sell it for the first price of $139. The merchandise should not have been placed under the $92 tag and once offered at $92 I felt slighted when she changed her mind. Next time I will check out other Home Improvement stores first. I was disappointed with the whole overall experience.

The Home Depot in Cleveland, Tn is a very clean and organized store. The clerks were visible and helpful when you needed them. The lady in appliances was knowledgeable and gave us valuable information. The displays were attractive. We had a great experience there!

They make you feel like they see you everyday and appreciate your friendship.

Love this place

As soon as I walk into the door within 20 feet there is an associate asking me if I need help. I am very knowledgeable of the set-up of the store but sometimes I need information on repairs that I am doing. Help never fails either electrical or plumbing! The information on the materials may cost me a little more but in the long run makes my project easier.

Sets the standard in this field!

Big thank you to the man who helped answer questions about a kitchen faucet for me. I don't remember his name but he was very good. He made me feel confident that I bought the correct faucet for my sink. Also, the cashier La-Toria was great listening to me vent about my coming there directly from THE OTHER home improvement store where I had a horrid experience.

The staff is the best in Cleveland.

Since 01' my wife and I have been remodeling our 3 bdrm ranch home. We have used Home Depot on large and small purchases alike. Whenever there was an issue, Home Depot went above all measures to make sure we were satisfied. I like the quality products that are somewhat better then other stores.

Visiting from out of town, there was a small job involving replacement wiring of a yard lamp for a family member. The availability of parts and the knowledge and attitude of the sales staff made what could have been a much longer task completed in minutes. Large store with a small store attitude---good people!

We recently bought major appliances for our home. Bobbi helped us choose the appliances right for us. She was very friendly and listened to our needs. The employees all were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. This was one of the best shopping experiences we have had and will definitely tell our friends and family. The friendliness of the employees and cleanliness of the store made it inviting and pleasant to go into. The layout made it easy to find what we needed.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED MORE COMPLETELY IN ANY STORE I'VE BEEN IN. 5 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES HELPED WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING FOR HELP. EACH HAD ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME.I WAS TAKEN TO THE PRODUCTS I WAS LOOKING FOR. ALTHOUGH I WAS IN ONE OF THE MOBILE CHAIRS, EVERYONE TOOK THEIR TIME WITH ME AND SEEMED TO ENJOY MY NEEDS. ALTHOUGH CHRISTMAS THINGS WERE ON DISPLAYED AND MORE BEING BROUGHT ON THE FLOOR, AISLES WERE OPEN AND CLEAR.

I was in the market for some new battery powered hand-tools and had been watching various DIY and home renovation shows for the past few months. Most shows blur-out the names of the tools being used, however with a little research I was able to determine that contractors were using: DEWALT, HILTI, MILWAUKEE, PORTER-CABLE and RIDGID tools. After some research about each brand, I discovered that MILWAUKEE had a 5 year warranty on their battery powered tools, but that HILTI had a LIFETIME guarantee on theirs. Knowing that, I searched for HILTI products at local stores and discovered that Home Depot carried them. The Cleveland, TN store was the closest to me, so that's where I headed in order to make my purchase. Upon arrival and inspection of their battery powered hand-tool isle, I could not find any HILTI hand-tools. Disappointed, I inquired of a sales person about where the HILTI tools were located. She responded they did not carry HILTI in the store, only online. That said, I chose to browse up and down the hand-tool isle for some time inspecting the different products they did carry. To my surprise, I discovered that the RIDGID line of products also carried a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Up to the Service Desk I went to ask about the reliability of RIDGID tools and their return-rate. The staff indicated they were quality tools and seldom saw a return of their products. Back to the hand-tool isle to read more about the RIDGID tools and compare their feature-sets. After more than an hour of comparing products, I left with two sets of RIDGID hand-tools. A smaller/lighter 12v set, as well as a full-featured 22v set as well. The store was extremely well-stocked, sales associates were easy to find that could answer my questions and check-out was a breeze to boot! I'll be back, the next time I'm in Cleveland with time to browse more of the store!

Employee very helpful. Came out of paint and walked halfway across store to help me find the specific kind of tape I needed. When I apologized for bothering her, she was funny and said she needed the exercise! She explain to me why I needed this specific weathering tape to withstand the elements. I was putting up vinyl sheeting on my screened in porch to protect my plants from cold. She went the extra mile to help me!

The paint department staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning for any painting supplies I might need.

The store was clean and all the associates were helpful and friendly, especially Lesley. He patiently cut plywood for me. I had 6 different sizes but he patiently cut them. When I got home, each one fit perfectly.

I am part of a local non-profit organization and Home Depot is more than willing to help us purchase items needed at a reduced dollar amount. It is so nice to have a large store like Home Deport concerned about the people living in our community. It is also refreshing to have the clerks talk to you like you are important and not a waste of their time.

Always helpful. Nice clean barhrooms.

I would not recommend to order product, if its not in stock you will not want to order. I had ordered countertops and after waiting past the due date I had to ask for an update. They had to call their vendor and find out it might be another month or longer they did not actually know. Only resolution they gave was to wait or a refund nothing to resolute the issue I still would not have a countertop and that they did not perform anything in a timely manner.

I visited the store for flooring supplies. The gentleman helped me solve a complicated problem with unlevel flooring and guided me to the products I needed. We used the products and the project looks great!
