Wayne is a great asset to this store.

I would like to thank my home town Home Depot for the awesome work they do, and the courteous employees, and for having a full inventory of their stock on hand. Its disappointing to really need something and drive across town and figure out that the store only has a little bit or not all the necessary accesseries to your project. Home Depot always comes thru.

I found the products I were looking for easily, I was able to get assistance if I needed it. The store was very clean. All the associates were friendly and helpful.

I love this store.They are always friendly and courteous and have the best displays.And it's always clean.

We came to browse and ended up leaving with exactly what we were looking for. Our cashier went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed and didn't stop until it was loaded in our truck. She even gave us a discount for waiting on her. She was awesome!!!

I have always been pleased with the store in Cleveland Tn. The employees are always going out of their way to help their customers.

Most of the employees are wonderful! I love the customer service I receive and quality products at a fair price. We have been doing home projects at Home Depot, for over 20 years. I especially recommend working with Jewelia who is very patient and knowledgeable!

Store was very clean! Staff is also very knowledgeable of locations of supplies! Not very busy either.

Amanda at the Cleveland store made our shopping experience great today. My husband is hearing impaired and she actually tried to communicate with him. He really enjoyed his shopping today too. She's a keeper.

I never go into Home Depot that I am not greeted with a friendly face. They are always ready and eager to help find and load the items I buy. I love to shop here and tell everyone "This is my candy store"

Had a very good experience selecting and ordering my products for my total home remodeling project. The service people were very kind and patient along with knowledgeable and understanding. The week was very hot and the store was very busy but each service person took the time and had a happy demeanor to help me each step of the way. This is going to be my "go to" store to work on my home project. Thanks!

Lot of people on the clock and all were interacting ( ie...standing around talking to each other) with each other. Had to interrupt them to ask for help. None of the ones I asked were any help...they sent me to the wrong aisles. Got tired of looking and left.

Cheaper on some items than the competition and store employees, well some of them anyways seem to be more informed than their competitors on certain products.

This store is clean and well stocked. ALL of the employees here are helpful. Anytime you pass an employee in the store, they will speak and offer to help you.

Home Depot In Cleveland, Tn has carefully selected professional employees and definitely taught them how to service customers who enter the store. It was a pleasure shopping in Home Depot today- from the greeter, Joy, at the Entrance to the cashier who checked me out. I was able to find the products I intended to purchase. All the associates in the Garden Dept. were extremely helpful and informed. They were patient, knowledgeable and thorough in their information to me. The cashier encouraged me to complete the survey. I will definitely shop at Home Depot from now on!
