Purchased a rural mail box that was of the locking type. Due to the door locking mechinism it was unsuitable for our use. It was returned to the store for a refund which was promply returned to our complete satisfaction

Whenever you can find a employee most of them are very nice and helpful I've had 1 bad experience with 1 employee. The only other thing is you never can find a employee to help you but eventually when they come out of hiding they are always helpful and nice.

I chose the curb side pick up and this was a mistake. But I should have expected what I received, I made a lumber order through curb side pick up. which was my first mistake. Never make a purchase through a curb side service for any type of lumber at any home store. You get the bottom of the barrel in quality lumber. I could have rejected the order when I noticed the bad lumber but I had to load it myself then unload it and probably reload it myself too. so I made it work. and left.

My washer needed replacing. Called ahead to see if you still had one that was on sale and matched my dryer. It was available. Walked into store, directed to appliances. Young lady checked to make sure product still available, purchased the washer. Friendly clerk provided safety area for another employee to operate the forklift to load washer into truck. Quick and easy. Good experience.

If you need a door Homedepot is the place!! Ask for Ray he is great!!

when the store didn't have the wood stain I wanted, the employee told me where I could find it.

The store was very clean and each aisle was marked and everything was very well organized, the staff is friendly and they work hard

Much better than most home Depot stores! This one is usually staffed with employees and most at least know what they are talking about when they give you advice!

The Cleveland store was clean and well organized. All of the employees were very helpful. They went above and beyond in working with us to purchase appliances for a new house. We highly recommend the Cleveland store.

Although I don’t have anything particularly bad to say about Home Depot the one thing I am upset about is that the sheds that you purchased there are not from Home Depot they’re actually farmed out to another company called Tuff shed which is horrible. They Hire uneducated staff that continually screws up and then argues with you instead of just fixing the problem. Even the general manager is a complete jerk. It worked out well for me however I found a shed at a company that Provides a drastically better warranty with better workmanship and a larger shed for a lot less money. I just want to keep someone else from experiencing the horrific lack of customer service you will get if you buy a shed from Home Depot.

Home Depot is the place to go. The customer service is excellent and a great atmosphere to shop in.

The employees have repeatably been knowledgeable about the products I have needed.
