Just got overcharged to the tune of $58.00! Did not catch it until I got home, an hour away from the store. Double check your merchandise and cost before you leave the store!!! 100 miles of gas and time to try and resolve!

The Christiansburg Home Depot never fails to have friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful employees available to help me. without exception, they make my visits there productive and worth the trip.

Best store to do home improvement from pricing to the help you will receive from employees to guide you to get what you need. Nothing can beat that!

Thank you Home Depot for taking these steps to ensure our safety as we move forward during such a time as this. Though things may be uncertain, I know God has my back...and I thank Home Depot for following suit. (:

If you need a delivery from this store, good luck! This store has no interest in helping you out. They are charging me $80 to delivery a grill 7 miles and say I have to be awake with my phone on at 6 a.m. the day of delivery AND that the delivery will only be to my front door step AND that they won't even carry the grill around the house to my back deck AND that the soonest delivery can take place is a week away. Finally, none of this information comes out until after you've made the purchase. This store has no concept of customer service or helpfulness. I left feeling lucky that they allowed me to make any purchase at all.

HomeDepot in Christiansburg, VA has it going on. They are keeping the store sanitized and safe during these COVID 19 scary times. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I actually feel safe running in and grabbing things for my home improvements. Thanks!!

During the Covid-19 situation, I really appreciated the curbside pickup service that the Christiansburg store offered. I called on the phone to place my order, then when I got to the store I didn't need to go inside but an employee brought the items that I had ordered right to my car. Much appreciated.

It was a nice and clean store, with friendly employees. I was able to find what I needed, and get in and out quickly. Checking out was fast and easy, cashier Daphne, was friendly and on the ball. She offered to get us assistance, in loading our vehicle. We were checked out and on our way, in no time.

This store is well stocked, clean, and well organized. Most importantly, I find the sales associates to be courteous and seem to be genuinely interested in helping me as a customer. If the first individual who can't answer my question they will always call or solicit help from another sales associate until my question is satisfied. There is another well known large home improvement store nearby, where as a customer I am often feel treated as a problem or interfering with their current task. If the first sales associate can't answer my question I'm feeling left like" I'm on my own"

I was visiting in the area and was in Home-depot on two consecutive days. Both days I was approached by several employees asking if I needed assistance. Since I was not familiar with this store I did need help. Four different employees took me to the item I was searching for rather than just tell me where I might find it. This is the type of customer service I appreciate. Thanks
