Bought 10 bags of mulch asked for help loading the cashier immediately called for assistance Rodney came out within a few minutes and loaded all of them quickly My experience was great

Our visit was awesome. Friendly and hard working employees who are willing to acknowledge your presence and help any way they can. thank you. The store was clean and we'll organized and a better selection than I am used too.

Cashier talked me into signing up for a credit card and told me I would immediately receive a 50 dollar discount. She didn’t tell me that this purchase would be automatically put on this store credit card. I had no intention of using the credit card today, so when I found his out, I told her I wanted to refund the entire purchase back on the credit card and cancel it. This caused her and the customer service guy to make snarky and condescending comments while I stood for 30 minutes, waiting for them to fix this. I was embarrassed.

Always clean , plenty of room to walk . The employees are always willing to help ! Great garden shop.

The employees are knowledgeable, patient and courteous. We were looking for a variety of products such as storm doors, deck paint, wash for house siding etc. We were offered alternative ideas to what we were looking for and discussed the differences between them. I wish all stores had employees as good as what we found in the Christiansburg store.

The associates, Robert & Doug, in kitchen and bath were very helpful with my purchase. They took time to help me, and I was most appreciative.

Ordered a lawn tractor to be delivered. The delivery window was 14 hours. Never showed and not called until after 14 hours were up. They said they were sorry but it would be another 2 weeks before they could deliver.

Last evening, I was greeted by numerous friendly Store Associates. I was making certain I was choosing the correct replacement flood-bulbs for my kitchen, and (I believe his name was) Mark was eager to assist w/ questions. There was another Couple who probably watched his eagerness, and sought his help too. Nice experience!

Ignores mask mandates and creates a unhealthy store experience. No other major retailer ignores this more than Home Depot.

New employees need more training

Daniel and Brittney were extraordinarily helpful during my experience at Home Depot. Daniel, in particular, went above and beyond when I needed help picking up a grill and putting it into my car. Both Daniel and Brittney exhibited customer service to the highest degree and deserve to be recognized for this accomplishment.

Last few visits didn’t go as we expected. 60 lbs heavy concrete mix bags located on the upper self hasn’t been placed down after numerous requests. For person like me it feels unsafe to stand on the shopping buggy and get it down.

The employees are great, never any issues there, however whenever an item is on sale with a Sale Sign beside it, the correct price often it not what rings up.

Does not enforce their own mask policy. High risk shopping.

When we went to this Home Depot we found everything we were looking for and the associate was very helpful.

Ms. Brittany and Mr. Logan were extremely helpful finding the right product. They always recognize and great people and make them feel like they are welcome.

I needed some plumbing parts and fixtures and mr. Jim was extremely helpful. He helped me finding right part but main thing he understood my issue and needs to fix the problem in most efficient way. I am so grateful to him.

The Home Depot does not enforce their company's COVID mask policy. Dangerous place to shop and work.

The sign out front clearly states that masks are required, but there are too many idiots walking around without masks. The employees don't seem to care or have the guts to tell them to put a mask on!
