Love Very good people good people

I bought a Christmas tree today and an employee named Jay went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he search the back of the store to find the tree I was looking for, but he helped me load it and secure it in my vehicle.

Had such a long Home Depot list, Doc assisted us and we found almost everything in your store. Missing items - now we have part numbers so we will order the rest on line.

I needed heavy shelving today, and dreaded heading out to purchase them. After measuring my spaces, I left for Home Depot. When I arrived a young man in that area came right over to help me and we found the units that would suit me the best. I then went to checkout and Marcela was waiting to help me. The trip I dreaded, was turned into a pleasant experience. And veterans discount saved me some money.

Experienced and knowledgeable staff have been great help in may remodel projects. Thank you.

Mr. Bob made me feel special and interacted with us like we have known each other for a long time, very friendly man.

Cashier Alma was a great deal of help to me finding the qr code in the app for a military discount.

I traveled over an hour to shop for a tiller the store was clean and had everything I needed.

Brenda, who assisted me with my checkout, was awesome. She is always awesome. I do not know Brenda so this review is simply due to my efforts of making sure someone knows that Brenda is a great person to have onboard. She deserves an increase in pay. These are the kind of people you want working for Home Depot. Ones that make your customers smile as they leave the store. When they walk out happy, they’ll happily return.

I used to shop at Home Depot exclusively when I lived in central Florida. Sadly, the Home Depot closest to me in NC is in my opinion, a hot mess. Haven’t shopped there in years because every time I went things were not clean. It didn’t seem like management at that time after. Anyway, I’m so glad I gave this Home Depot in VA a chance! Now I only visit this location in Christiansburg every time I visit my daughter and son in law. You can tell the Manager cares about their associates and the associates put forth 110% effort to keep this store so neat clean and organized! And they are so friendly and helpful!

I enjoy finishing my run, ride or walk by swinging into the Home Depot, Christiansburg! It's friendly, easy to navigate, and always has what I need to finish my woodworking projects!

I had to load 20 bags and other items on a garden cart. The garden center gates were closed so I had to push and try to steer the load through the store. I passed several employees and two were at the self check out. Not one employee offered to help or just jumped in to help, esp when I literally got stuck steering the cart. Very disappointing. Also, I called about ordering Composite lumber. I asked how long it typically takes for the product to arrive. The employee told me, well, it depends on how fast the truck can get here! Funny, but sad at the same time. HD needs to train employees to help and simply say they don't know but will find out.

I was recommended by my local Atmos person on what kind of gas/carbon monoxide alarm to get. My local Home Depot had a great display of these.

I had not visited the Christiansburg Home Depot since relocating to the area. The employees were helpful & made my entire shopping experience exceptional.

We recently visited - and Marcela at cashier was great - friendly and very helpful!

Needed window blinds for a difficult application. Robert helped me figure things out with much better ideas and products. Helped me find products that were on sale as well.

Greeted and serviced by three employees on this visit. All exceeded my expectations.

Hands down the best Home Depot the workers were super friendly and willing to help. The products were easy to find and if I had any trouble a worker was more than happy to help.

I purchased paint and paint supplies for interior home improvements today. I was impressed with the knowledge and kindness of the employees at the Christiansburg Home Depot. Certainly a great shopping experience!
