Sorry, I forgot to mention how polite and helpful cashier Dave E was. He greeted us, asked if found everything, asked if we had a credit cared and offered to open one for a discount today. The Store was in good order. We visited many departments including the Pickup window for an online order.

I always find the items that I need. They are always is stock. Employees very helpful and friendly.

My shopping experience was excellent, and the associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. My only disappointment was the fact that I was not able to receive a military/veteran discount because I was purchasing a microwave oven. But the cashier helped me sign up for a Home Depot charge account, and got me a discount for opening a new account.

Very clean, helpful staff, plenty of stock. Plan on going there when the garden season starts. I have another box store only 2 miles from my house but they never have what I’m looking for and you can’t find anybody to help you. I have to travel 8-10 miles to this store but it’s worth it. I required several repairs for a Home that needs much work. It is one of the Oldest Homes in Hopewell Township built during the Prohibition Era. It has Old Concrete that is Solid, Thick, and Plaster Walls with Large Basements and Attached Living Quarters over Garage, Breeze Ways and Separate Living Quarters for Staff. The Home Depot Chippewa Township Store #4148 is one the finest Managed Home Depot in my Experience. How do I know? The Employees are Well Trained to Approach Anyone in need of help. Often ask me Several Times when Shopping and often Walk Me Personally to my needs. Moreover, they Listen Intently and try to Answer all Questions. Additionally, when they cannot Answer my Questions they Direct me to an Home Depot Associate that is an Expert on my Subject not afraid to Admit they need more Advice to Help advise me. Furthermore, they provide Recommendations on Tools, Products and Home Depots Support. Finally, they will Walk You Out and Help Load your Purchases and Accept Returns easily without being Complicated. I highly Recommend the Chippewa Store in Beaver County for Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia Tri-State Region. The Management have Hired very Knowledgeable Associates, Employees with Experience in Contracting, Automotive, Home, Commercial and Property Repairs. It is Worth the Travel due to their Unique Friendly Customer Service. They Enjoy their Jobs and Working Together as a Team. I say so in Complete Honesty and Sincerity and without Reservation. I am in this store often (2-3 times weekly) and spend $100-$300 each visit. Checkout is fast and efficient, and the clerks always thank me for shopping there, and wish me a good day. My grown children give me Home Depot Gift Cards for special occasions as they know I shop there often. Greatly appreciated too.

It nice to shop at a store that has what you want in stock , sales people know where it is located at in the store . makes life easier.

Employees are great especially an employee named Joe. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. Managers are something to be desired. 1 named Brian never tells his employees when they get a great review and Jill never returns phone calls. Joe goes out of his way as an employee to make sure you find everything you need

WHILE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT--ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE STORE--I ASKED HELP FROM AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS WALKING IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION-- HE STOPPED--DID AN ABOUT FACE SAID COME ON--A GOOD DISTANT WALK HE TOOK ME TO THE SITE--HE COULD OF SAID AISLE 12--OR GAVE A POINT-- THAT WAS GOOD OLE FASHION STORE RELATIONS--- I LIKE THAT !

We like this store because the people are friendly and we still know where things are at. We do contracting and handyman work so knowing where things are is important. We don’t have the time to go looking for products that last well we knew where they were and now everything is moved. Our local Lowe’s did this and it takes way too much time in the store now. Please don’t change everything around time is invaluable in our work. We will continue shopping here because we know the store.

I really like the layout of the store. Everything is easy to find and there's always someone close to by to ask for assistance, if needed.

If I could give the store 100 stars I would I spend a lot of time in this store and as always the employees here are willing to help me with anything I need! The cashier when I came in on the construction side I wish I knew her name and the young man that was in the office both directed me to the lumber section and had their other employee named Gabriel a.k.a. Gabe to help me cut plywood to fit in my car. He only had 10 minutes left on his shift and had no problems taking the extra time to help me when most people would possibly pass the job onto another employee... I feel as though “GABE” went over and beyond the call of duty and took the extra time needed, worked over his quitting time, he cut my plywood to the precise width without rushing and loaded it on my cart for me! Gabe was very kind and professional..AWSOME employee - Thanks Gabe and Home Depot :)

Like the store needs to make parking spaces wider maybe use a dump truck or a dually for space referencing. Along with the door swing to get in and out. It is a home building supplier and contractors drive trucks not little smart cars there is more than enough unused parking areas to make the spots wider. It’s hard to open doors in a car to not hit the one next to you.

I SHOP AT THIS STORE OFTEN AND THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE EXCEPTIONAL CONSTISTANTLY. THE EMPLOYEES KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS AND WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE STORE. THEIR EFFICIENCY SAVES ME TIME WHEN WHEN SHOPPING..

I was treated like a common thief by Salina, an employee in the assisted checkout lane. I scanned my items and placed them into a bag and she ran over and grabbed the items from the bag and said "YOU NEVER SCANNED THESE, YOU NEED TO SCAN THESE!". I was dumbfounded and completely embarrassed. I asked for a call back from Jill the store manager which of course I never received. I'll drive out of my way from now on to shop at other home improvement stores because I'll never step another foot into that store after the way i was treated. Shame too, because we spend thousands of dollars a year at that location. NEVER AGAIN!
