QUALITY PRODUCTS GREAT SERVICE, AND COURTEOUS KNOWLEGEABLE EMPLOYEES

Joe in flooring was great but the company that they use to do flooring installs is a joke they no showed me twice. I will never use H /D again for an install. Not Joes fault , but the company you keep reflects on the company you represent. I lost a days wage at 29.50 (263 bucks)an hour for these clowns.

Each of our visits to this store have been great. All the employees were so patient, friendly and helpful. We just bought a home and are DIY-ing some areas. We appreciated all the advice and recommendations we received. We haven't been let down! Special shout out to the workers in flooring and paint.

Clean, well maintained store with helpful associates. We are in the midst of a home remodel and this has been our go-to store for many supplies. Very seldom do we leave without exactly what we needed.

As long if you do not have to return it often and you are right and you get put down by a manager name Matt workshop customer service a lot likes to hang around with the girls and act like a cool guy talking to people like he owns Home Depot The girl Harley was very helpful yesterday to me thank you so much Harley Mike the manager Rich to corral Ron would work Tiffani I’m sure there’s many that I did not meet at this time but Matt was enough thank you for caring

I will definitely be back to shop again soon! All the employees are very attentive and knowledgeable, I can always find someone easily when I have questions. I found everything I was looking for today plus some clearance deals, Home Depot clearance deals are always an added bonus for me. Chippewa is by far my favorite Home Depot to shop at!!! Thank you to all the wonderful employees, you are the reason I always choose the Chippewa store!!

I find all the associates friendly and helpful. The Chippewa store is always clean . Dave , one of the associates was very helpful and help me find what I needed.

Only if Mike and Ron along with a couple other good gentleman in there and Tiffany the guy Matt is horrible customer care service Jill should have trained a male and a female not two males the one male is the bad seed Matt he talk to me like I was a little kid Mike comfort may square the problem out Jill really did not care Tiffany was so helpful and Ron executed the DEal perfect thank you so much Ron for all your concerns with our home

The store was very busy when I was there last. Even so, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean, organized, and stocked. It was easy to find what I needed. The checkout process was quick, easy, and friendly.

This Homedepot store is my go to store when I need tools or building materials and the store and it’s employees are the greatest !!

Poor service in the paint department. They used to have experts working here and if they didn’t know the answer they would work to find it for you. They no longer have experts, nor do they have employees willing to help customers. The last few visits to the paint department I have experienced eye rolls, bad attitudes and even shoulder shrugs when I have asked questions. I will now go out of my way to buy my paint elsewhere. I have been so fed up with their poor customer service that I am actually willing to pay more just to buy from a company that employees people with basic manners.

The reason I would not recommend the store is because if you received the wrong product delivered to your house from the stores next stop and you suffer without a refrigerator for nine months and the manager chill really don’t care the manager Matt was screaming at me like a kid I’m a professional I have kids older than him Mike took care of the whole problem Jill did not want to hear nothing Tiffany was great upfront every time I go so friendly helpful with experience Matt is ruined in the stores customer service

The store usually has a good selection of products. Cashiers are normally the friendliest employees.

This store us clean, organized, well stocked. This store has consistently gone above and beyond for the community, with Fire Prevention events, workshop for the kids and disaster relief. This past week a local church burnt down and Home Depot supplied the wood needed to secure what was left of the building. In the past when approached for assistance, they offered resource that were greatly needed. I love the Home Depot and the way they do bisiness.

The cashier "Dave" was very helpful to me when I checked out. Friendly and polite.

Michelle in customer service was awesome. She helped us place an order for a mower that was canceled twice online. Delivery of the mower however was terrible driver was an hour and a half later than he said he would be so my husband had to leave and go back to work before driver got there. Driver said he would put in garage and shut door. Contacted us 4 hours later to ask how to shut door. Therefore our garage was left open for 4 hours without us knowing. Unexceptable!!!

I always go to the Chippewa store. There are 3 employees I normally get to help me, Joe in flooring, Dave in flooring I think and Woody. Yesterday was Joe and he was a big help to me as always. Today, Woody helped me a lot. Everything I needed for a job I'm doing, Woody took me to where I needed to go, he answered all my questions (which I was thankful). Joe does the same but he wasn't there today. Woody was awesome and because of him and Joe, I will definitely be back. Dave as well

I asked for a product, the guy gave me spot on directions to lead me RIGHT to it, quickly ,accurately, and so dang friendly. the cashier was awskme as well, she def knows her job, she was happy and cheerful and so quick. it brightened my day, happiness is contagious and she def spread the love thanks Kara you rock!

The store was not organized in a manner that it made the items we were looking for easy to find. We had to go to multiple places, inside and outside, to find the items we wanted to look at. Since we were looking at a specific type of item this made comparisons impossible because we could not look at the items beside one another. To add insult to injury the cashier who rung us up after we did find some items to purchase was incredibly rude. Her name was Laurie. Unfortunately she seemed to be incredibly unhappy with the world at large, put out to have to be interacting with us, and mad that we were taking up her time. This is not the type of final contact that you want your cutomers to relate to your store, she would perhaps be better suited to something not related to customer service. All in all this was an experience that makes me to not want to return.

Great store Staff is friendly and helpful just ask for something they either tell you right where it is or take you to it.

Associates in garden center went above and beyond to assist me

Main aisle way is a fire hazard if there was an emergency people would have to jump over items to get out. Parking lot spaces at a building supply store should be made for dump or flat bed trucks now little compact cars.

Excellent customer service

This store is out of my way. Lowe’s is 2 minutes away from me. I like this store as it many times has things I cannot find at Lowe’s or online. Pete in Kitchens is always helpful. He always knows so much when I have a question. I wish more employees were as knowledgeable as he. Parking at this store is always good.

The store is clean and products are stocked and labeled throughout the store. The employees are also very friendly in helping to find your needs while at the store. We will definitely be back!

I had a great shopping experience at the Home Depot in Chippewa today. Associates were very friendly and helpful in assisting with knowledge about product choices. Will most definitely be shopping here again. Bye bye Lowe’s!

Michele and Alicia were incredibly rude. I was ignored while they socialized with their friend and her child behind the customer service desk. I was informed they could not explain a machine to me because they did not want to break their nails. My purchase and concerns seemed more like an inconvenience to both women. Very unprofessional and quite clear they are only there for a paycheck. Initially, when coming into the store a staff member called the person I was with “sir” not once but twice when you can clearly tell she is a female. This was beyond humiliating for my mother.

Salina in Paint was very helpful.

The store associates on the floor were helpful in getting product down from the upper shelves and directing us where other product was. Our cashier Brandie was very polite and friendly.
