Just love the store everyone is friendly and helpful

I was collecting for a fundraiser for a chinese auction for a local policeman. I was surprised and pleased that home depot was so cooperative in giving us supplies needed. Thank you so much for your generosity.

Our salesperson (Mak) was so so helpful. Buying an exterior door was very easy because of her. Shame she doesn’t make commission on her sales. Checking out with Mak and Tiffany was also very smooth. Helped us get our military discount. We will definitely return for more purchases.

I would like to commend Brad Diamond for an exceptional buying experience. Brad went above and beyond to assist me and made my afternoon so easy. I went in to purchase one item and because of Brad's helpfulness and information I ended up buying everything I needed for the entire bathroom renovation. I can not "thank you" enough Brad and hope you get to read this. I never take the time for surveys because I get so busy in day to day life but in this case, I was so happy with my day... I had to share.

Am in the middle of moving and needed to buy a washer and dryer from this store but have it delivered to a different county. Susie was of great help! She is knowledgeable about the products, friendly, willing to go above and beyond and honestly it was the best experience after checking out other stores. In fact all the people at that store have been very helpful through my many visits! You won’t be disappointed!

We were looking for insulation. Found it and my husband was having a hard time lifting them. I found a wonderful older gentlemen and he came with no hesitation and helped. Also Addy went and helped when we realized we had to get two more. The cashier was so helpful and called Addy and Tim to help. They even helped us load the truck. So thankful. Wonderful employees and great place to shop.

There was a young lady named Lily who helped me scan items at the self-checkout lane. I know, I know, SELF-checkout, but she saw that my hands were full and practically ran to me to take a few items and started scanning and then bagging them. She made conversation the whole time and was very pleasant overall. She was young, too, and I was very pleased to have had a younger employee excited about the work she was doing. Aside from that, this location consistently provides great service and is a joy to visit. There are normally employees in each department and it is easy to find help if needed.

We bought a grill and was told it would take 15-20 minutes for them to assemble. We waited two hours for them to assemble the grill. They JAMMED the grill into the back of the truck. When I go the grill home we discovered the grill was only half put together and we had to take it apart and re-assemble the grill ourselves.

I wasn't sure which department I needed and asked at the lumber department. They directed me to the Garden area, where I was helped to find my items quickly. Good customer service at Chippewa.

Closed checkout down after we were waiting in line so he could do a credit card application for the current customer he was waiting on.

I’ve been in this store several times since moving to the area. I’ve always found associates helpful and knowledgeable. I have no reason to go to a competitor. They’ve earned my business.
