Many thanks to the every friendly and always helpful Mr. Jason in the Lumber Department! This gentleman expertly assisted me with my lumber purchase and then helped cut this for me. Jason is the consummate professional who always goes the extra mile for his grateful customers. His positive and consistent "Can Do!" attitude really makes a difference and his world class customer service is greatly appreciated! I would also like to thank Ms. Emily at the Service Desk for her superb customer service! This lady is truly one of your finest Ambassadors of Goodwill and she always makes each transaction a positive and enjoyable one. Her friendly attitude and the genuine concern she demonstrates for her customers are the primary reasons why I enjoy shopping at the world famous Chicopee Home Depot. I salute the efforts of these outstanding Home Depot Associates and thank them both for always doing such a fantastic job!

At the Home Depot in Chicopee, Massachusetts, there is a highly motivated gentleman who is truly the store's Ambassador of Goodwill and his name is Chris! I’ve been a shopper here for 7 years. I have never once had a negative encounter. As frustrating as it can be to have projects where multiple trips are required, it’s nice to have folks like Chrissy and Jose to help. They each have stopped what they were going to help me with product figment and navigating the online vs In store purchasing and price matching. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful, if they are unable to answer a question or find what your looking for they will call for someone to help find it or answer your question.

Clean and well kept store! Enjoy that they have more choices than the Westfield store.

Sorry...I had my receipts mixed up....I did a survey for visit H88 148067 145463....Where Farrukh was our cashier, and he was very polite, quick and courteous! I enjoyed your crew members professionalism in your Chicopee store. I mixed up the receipts for the one that should have been for H89 123621 121062 where I did indeed purchase the flooring with the great assistance of Pedro. Thank you so much for having a well stocked store, great selections and very awesome crewmembers!!

Clean store and organized. Friendly staff and helpful. Busy parking lot and traffic is steadily pushy so be careful. Convenient location next to Wal-mart, five n below, restaurants, Sally's and pretty much everything else.

Easy to navigate, friendly employees in home and gardening

Stopped by the garden center looking for large planter pots. Store employee Jesse assisted us within two minutes of our arrival. Item's had to be picked up from a high shelf. He was simply amazing! I've never experienced such great customer service at any other Home Depot store.

The store was clean and in great condition. During this COVID times I felt very comfortable and safe. The associates were friendly and willing to help.

The attendants that took care of my needs went out of their way to provide me with good customer service,I will definitely shop there soon as they have gates in stock.
