Purchased a Ryobi 40 volt mower that stopped working a year after purchase. Ryobi was very unhelpful in assisting me over a period of one week. In just one day after contacting Home Depot by email, I received a helpful response and shortly after a phone call from the store manager Christina, who was not even in the store working. She told me to bring the mower in and they would accept the return and credit me so I could obtain a new mower. I find this customer service to be above and beyond and should be recognized. Zach the asst manager assisted me in the store and was also very helpful. I now have a new working mower and will continue to buy all my home improvement and outdoor products from Chicopee Home Depot. Thanks again to all involved, I’m very grateful for the help.

ordered two pallets of pewter blocks for a retaining wall to be built by a contractor. they built half the wall and when they opened the second pallet it was the wrong blocks. contractor had to go to the store the next day to pick up the pallet of correct blocks, which i had to pay for,until they could send someone to pickup the wrong pallet a week later. this cost me more and the contractor.

I had an employee Lynroy who went above and beyond to help me load my truck with mulch even though he was on lunch instead of having me wait for another associate.

Came in for a gift for my mom, rechargeable hand warmers. I couldn’t find them anywhere. Pam came over, couldn’t find them either but found someone who could. Great people, great service! Thank you!

I do around 95% of my home shopping at this store which is the closest to home. The more I shop here, the more I recommend HOME DEPOT to friends and families. I do minor home renovations and basic decorations. 99% of the time, HOME DEPOT provides an easy grab and go supply for all my contracting needs at affordable prices for my customers and myself. Example: modern chandeliers, floor tiles, wifi cameras, etc.

Customer service is above and Beyond… The Christmas decorations are beautiful and reasonably priced check it out it’ll put you in the Christmas spirit

Emergency water drain repairs to daughters newly purchased older house...most items needed in stock, but 2 trips for full repair.

The employee was helping another customer but still acknowledged me making me feel validated and patient. I was very satisfied with the knowledge and customer service during my visit. I look forward to my next visit.

On many occasions in shopping at a Home Depot store I cannot seem to locate an employee to assist me on items I may want to purchase. Maybe your implementing a cost cutting program but if I can't find an item or need help on an item I need a store employee to help me.

Appreciate the helpfulness of sales associates in this Home Depot. Those like Josh, make a big difference! Expertise in products, willingness to take time with customers, and help in making expedient purchases. Great shopping experience!

I went to purchase a grill and they made the entire trip a great experience

I went to home depot looking for lawn care products and they had a great deal on the triple action applications and among other products i was super happy I saved some money.

After checking out with my parts at the self checkout kiosks I had a question for the pro desk. A young gentlemen at the pro desk attempted to assist me in finding out information about Perks for my commercial revolving charge account using my Home Depot app. He called over someone who supposedly had more insight. She was an older woman with colored hair and a pride pin but I did not think to get her name off her name tag. After I said hello, she did not greet me or smile. She gestured for me to give her my phone so I did. As she was not communicating with me, I was again trying to explain my specific question about how perks are applied to my account. She kept ignoring me while she was interrupting me with side comments to another clerk. This went on for 3 minutes and after the young gentlemen at the desk tried to allow me to speak she continued to interrupt intent-fully pulling me away from what I had to express. She then began to give me a simple excuse while still holding my phone and told me that the issue was something I caused and I know it was not. I was just trying to understand the perks system. She continued playing with my phone and said that they can’t help me so I have to call a Home Depot online number. I then asked for my phone back as she was no help and was making my experience very inconvenient. I don’t have a name but she didn’t make my life easy. It would be nice if on something is done to avoid this happening to another customer.
