This store is clean and tidy. the Staff are always helpful. The Pro-desk and cashiers are consistent staff and always very helpful.

I always have a great experience at the store the whole team at the store greets all of their customers and myself on a daily basis and goes out of their way to make our experience at the store enjoyable and welcoming to come back to the store from Pam and John at the pro desk to Linda at the contractors register ,mark in the tool department and Louis and Ed in millwork the electrician in the electrical department and Chrissy the store manager and Sean the assistant manager and the whole team at the store including the service desk I always have a great experience at the store I shop at the store frequently and never have any issues at the store everybody in the store is very accommodating to help find the product that I need. Awesome job guys and girls keep up the good work

We live within a mile of the store and we visit often as we own our home. No matter what we have gone in for there is always someone eager to help out. Today we dealt with Barry from plumbing and I cannot say enough good about him. As soon as we told him what was wrong and what we needed he immediately knew where it was, went and got it for us and explained how to use it. He is definitely an asset for your store.

I have shopped at this store for years and continue to do so even after my Rays passing. I have always found employees with the knowledge I need in what I was looking for at the visit. Have always been greeted with friendly and helpful employees, including the cashiers. Have no problem or complaint with this store at all.

I live fairly close to this Home Depot and I go here 2-3 times a week because we bought a fixer upper home and always have projects. The store has always had everything in stock and exceeds all expectations. The staff are friendly and nice and I enjoy shopping there. They have the best quality plants all year around and it’s very tempting not to buy one every time I go. Thank you Home Depot you guys rock!

Haley was a great employee to me and my family she helped us with the register and was very friendly. There was a gentleman there didn't catch his name also very helpful he helped us find a shelf for my wall. I will most likely go back great service. Go team orange!!!

Chicopee MA store is always clean and well stocked. Highly recommend And if you need Applianced look for Eric , he’s amazing !
