store is an awesome place to shop, good product, and great people too!

This store always has whatever I am looking for and the people that work there are always very polite and helpful. It also helps that the store is always clean.

I was looking for a particular item in the tools section and did not find it. a woman from the kitchen department printed it from the web for me and found a couple men in tools to help. they found the item number, but no items on the shelf. they searched the storage area and located it, got a ladder and got it down for me. all three were very helpful and I was able to complete my purchase!

Pro Desk here is awful. As a long time shopper. I've shopped at a lot of home depots and the pro desk always helps us. This store doesnt do anything to help the contractors. Specially Joseph. I will be no longer shopping at this homedepot. Take care of your contractors or they will be going to other stores. Not treat them like strangers.

The Store and employees are EXCELLENT !!!! Especially Operations Manager Mark and Customer Service Person Ashly . they are so Kind , Caring and Considerate !!!! I recommend this store on a regular basis > Have been shopping there for years !!!!

The store was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly to me and my family. The bathrooms were also very clean.

Atfer days looking for stores with items needed for garage building project, I was very happy to see that this was one of 2 stores to have everything in stock. This was also closer.

I have gone to other Home Depot stores but store# 1935 has the BEST people to assist ,& Ashlee to is Always willing to help make my visit a Positive one!!

Employees here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly!! I was having trouble finding what I needed for a small repair at home, first time doing it myself and had absolutely no clue! I looked at a few things online and thus brought me to the Home Depot. I wanted to be sure I was getting the right thing and Oscar definitely helped me chose the right product for my repair, as well as offering different options and ideas on how to fix and use what I bought!! Definitely made it easier and gave me more confidence about doing myself!! Cashiers like Anna are the kind of employees ALL stores should strive to have!! She gave me a few details on a similar repair she did herself and made me feel valued as a customer. Amazing shopping experience!! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!!!

This Home Depot always has a lot of help on the floor. Friendly considerate people always there to help.

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Chicago Ridge. Empolyees are friendly and ready to assist you in finding your product. It is always clean and if someone spills something, an employee is their to clean it up.

This was the second day in a week I was at the store and both times I had excellent Service.

I like shopping at the store in Chicago Ridge because they have such nice people working there and there’s always somebody there to help.

THIS LOCATION IS OUR MAIN STORE BUT WE ALSO USE THE ONE IN CRESTWOOD. BOTH LOCATIONS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND THEY LOVE OUR PUPPY.

I love this store! There is one closer to me, but I go to the Chicago Ridge store, Because it has a wider selection, and the associates are just Awesome! Every time! I am never disappointed when I go shopping there I find what I need or there is ALWAYS someone to help me find it!

Store is cleaner than any other I have been in. All the employees are very friendly and helpful, especially, John Hickey and Linda Deusler/Pinter

I was at this store on June 5, 2018. I walk with a cane and the associate, Antoinette, helped me get everything I needed. She walked with me throughout the store during my entire visit, even going ahead of me to get the items I needed. I really can not say enough good things about her and this visit. She was awesome!

Totally enjoyed shopping here. Service was fast and the store was well stocked.

We had spent too much time shopping and was running late to pick up our son from school. We were freaking out at the checkout line when Joanne suggested my husband go get the van while she rang us up. She did so quickly, and got us out the door in time to get our son. Thanks Joanne...Great Job!
