The associates were friendly and very helpful,answered questions, did some price checks for me and directed me to find item I needed which saved me time running around. Found all I was looking for and extra, store was clean. YOUR fresh plants were BEAUTIFUL not broken and wilted half dead assortment excellent and reasonably priced. Will be back to purchase some for Condo Association.

I like how the aisles / bays are organized. Makes it MUCH easier to find items using the home depot mobile app. 90% of the time i can find the items required easily. Thank you.

The store was clean

I purchased flooring for a future project and was unsure of my selection. The store associate was absolutely fantastic, as well as knowledgeable and patient. This is a perfect example of how good a somewhat major purchase, which can be a little stressful, can turn out to be a great learning and pleasurable experience. I can't put into words how helpful the store associate was to me. If not for her kindness and professionalism, I would not have made this purchase. Thanks.

I like Chicago Ridge Home Depot because there seems to be more knowledgeable clerks available to help, as opposed to having to search for someone. I know everyone is cutting back but I find it very annoying when there is no help available in each department. This store is NOT lacking in that sense.

I was very pleased with the wide selection of indoor plants, plant accessories, and competitive pricing. Once I found the section I was looking for, it was well stocked and organized. The plants looked well cared for. Checkout in the outside area was fast and convenient.

Great customer service you can always find someone to help you. And Lin in appliances is AWESOME so if your buying any appliances she is the person you want to help you very helpful & knowledgeable. I rather go the extra distance than go to Bedford park which is much closer to me.

Juan and Steve in home improvement (bathroom & bedrooms) were very professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely patient. Mark at customer service was very friendly and helpful as well. This was our first time shopping at this location, we will definitely come back because of the outstanding customer service!

I go to this store quite regularly and the employees here have been very friendly and helpful.

the powerwasher rented was horrible, the unit worked fine but the spray nozzle leaked everywhere, reducing the overall pressure generated and soaked the user; made the project much longer than needed to be. Overall, the equipment was subpar, don't you check each unit to ensure they function as designed?

Employees didn’t seem to care maybe they were too old and don’t want to be bothered did not see any younger workers that often help! Took me a little longer to find my item but I found it myself wasn’t my neighborhood Home Depot! That’s why it’s better to go to your neighborhood!

We participated in the workshop on 5/16/19 for the Pegboard Shelf and the 2 woman that held the workshop were awesome. Grazyna and I don't remember the other girls name were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. They even helped us gather the right material to make another pegborad shelf at home.

I love this store. Employees are always willing to help and go above and beyond what is expected of them. The store is laid out well and I always know exactly where to find what I am looking for. That's because they don't keep moving merchandise around and changing things up like the other home improvement stores do.

Normally find things right away here and someone is normally readily available, if I have any questions.

The guys at this store were very professional, very pleasant to shop with, I would recommend this store in Chicago Ridge to anyone. You guys rock!!!
