I love this Home Depot store. There are employees always willing to assist you when I walk thru the door, and I love the workers at customer service. They are so sweet and friendly.

This store is well managed, staffed, and almost always has what I'm looking for.

Excellent experience getting a issue resolved. Tiana in customer service worked hard to get the situation right even though the fault laid with Dewalt.

Clean store, items easy to locate, good prices, excellent employee support a great shopping experience.

No cashiers available, only option was for self check out. We needed assistance in checking out (had sensors that needed removing and the machine wouldn’t accept $100 bills even though it was a cash machine) so we still required an associate. Extremely frustrating not to have the option to have a cashiers available. Will not return to this location.

The staff was outstanding much better trained and more professional than the competitors.

The store is always clean and always has the products we need in stock. The gentleman that works at the paint counter is always so friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Chesapeake location to friends and family.

During the Christmas Holiday rush, I did not expect the kind service that I got at The Home Depot #4619 in Chesapeake. An employee assisted me and I did not get his name. He brought me right to the items that I wanted. The store was neat and clean in comparison to other stores that I have done my Christmas Shopping in. Even the Christmas aisles were neat. Thank you.

Best place to shop for anything you need. Easy to find products, clean, great prices and employees are wonderful.

Great customer service

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Paula in appliances was beyond rude and combative, and only changed her tune when I asked her name. I'm currently waiting on a call from store management to give additional details. We'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Always have what I need and great customer sservice

I like the managers at this Home Depot. They go out of their way to treat the customers right and have impressed me on three different occasions (two different managers and one assistant manager)! Thank you, managers!

My shopping experience was amazing because of Tina in Pro Service. She is what customer service should strive to be. Knowledgeable and helpful with a personality that just makes you feel like a special customer. Everyone can learn by her example.

THIS IS THE ONLY HOME DEPOT I SHOP IN , I ENJOY IT, I HAD A LIVING ROOM FLOOR INSTALLED IN MY HOME, I HAD MY PORCH REPAIRED ,GOT ALL MY MATERIAL FROM HOME DEPOT. I GOT LAWN MOWER AND WEED EATER TOO.

Store was very clean. Carts were available and easily accessible. The people that are employed there, are very helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. This type of customer service, is hard to find, and a tough act to follow. Keep up the good work. I will keep coming back, for sure!

The attitude of the associates at this store is above and beyond the call of duty. I have never had anything but great experiences there. From purchasing a product to returning or exchanging a product. They are the Best of the Best

HD was clean and most isles were clear of paper displays. Employees are usually friendly, greet you and thank you for the purchase. If you ask for help, they will usually provide it. Lastly they don't linger (which is good) when trying to think about the work I'm preparing to do as I often engineer it while shopping.

The store was clean and organized and had exactly the merchandise that I was looking for at the right price.
