The Cashier Cynthia should not be on the front end. She is extremely rude and made our shopping experience not enjoyable

The cashier was very helpful in explaining what they ask what to name a project when checking out with Xpro account. I didn't know the purpose of naming a project. I was also asked several times while walking around the store if I needed help finding anything and received several good mornings from employees!

I am so happy that I went to this store to get the products that I needed.

There are a lot of great things at Home Depot and the people are very kind and respectful

I shop here often. However, this store should consider hiring more people...the service desk was low staffed and had only two associates with lots of customers...Destiny and Layla were very polite and extremely patient while working. Good people and sense of humor ... my time there was a bit long but it happens..Will shop again

This store is severely hurting for employees. The assistant manager assisted me with the purchase of my new washer and dryer and I could not be more happy with this situation. He was very pleasant to do business with. THANK YOU!!!

The store was clean. The store payed attention to covert 19 rules and regulations, and made my shopping a great event.

The store does not verify returned products are suitable for re-sale. Bought a toilet from here, it had previously been installed (was ring was already on the bottom) and once we bought parts to repair a toilet, opened the box and the product inside was used.

Overall my experience at Home Depot 4619 is usually great, enthusiastic and very helpful associates. Today however, a garden cashier was exceptionally dismissive and rude. If I’m trying to provide you a job name for a purchase, it’s for a reason; I understand cashiers tend to sometimes skip this and I’ve always had a positive experience despite that; the cashier simply goes back and then enters the job name. Today was the first time the cashier said everything would need to be re-rung, which isn’t true. All that did, along with the purposely slowed rate of re-ringing everything only aggravated the line of customers behind me. These are the instances that overshadow the numerous “great job” and “outstanding service” that I would otherwise be commenting about. Today, I would NOT recommend checking out at the garden center. The cashier with the yellow and black Jordan’s is not pleasant. Please correct this!

The employees at this store aren’t friendly, nor do they seem interested in helping. We deal with going here only because of its location.

I was able to find what I needed, plenty to choose from, friendly cashier and clean store.

The staff is really helpful and although they were busy they took the time to make sure to help us out.

The store was clean. It was difficult to find trained associates in several departments. Once I found someone they had trouble finding help for me. I prefer to shop at another location but the products I needed were only available at this location.

the Chesapeake store has more inventory, It is well stocked

Larry who works in the door department was very knowledgeable, helpful, and answered every single question we had. He was very thorough in explaining all the details about our purchase and installation of our French doors. He was sincerely excited for us and the beauty the doors would add to our home. He did a great job.

The store arranged so that shopping was easy to find the items we were looking for. The store was as always clean on our visit. It was easy to find help from the store employees when needed. And they were very helpful doing my last visit.
