It is so nice at this home depot, everyone is so polite and ready to help and answer any questions you have.

In the Home Depot store at this location I needed to make a purchase from the plumbing section. While there I needed advise from a Home Depot associate to ascertain the right kind of product to purchase. I asked one associate and he told me that he was busy and would ask someone else to come by. I waited for 45-minutes for someone to come help me. I even went around looking for someone nearby, but no one was available. The ones I encountered would avoid eye contact as much as possible. Looked like as if they are asleep behind their mask! After waiting 45-minutes, I left without being able to make the purchase. Terrible experience!

Great store with great customer service

Store employees were not all wearing masks. The garden cashier didn’t want to help and didn’t put her mask on until I walked up to register. She then had me use the scanner to scan my fertilizer bags. I asked if she would sanitize the scanner and she proceeded to give me attitude. After sanitizing the scanner she still had me scan the fertilizer and never said another word to me. Very unprofessional and this wasn’t the first time I’ve had rude employees at this location. I wish I could give a negative rating because I would.

Cheryl in appliances is the best. She spent over an hour finding the right combination of washer and dryer that could be delivered within 2 weeks. It seemed like an impossible task, with all the supply chain shortages. I you need a major appliance and want great personal assistance, visit this Home Depot.

I have shopped at over 100 Home Depots throughout our Great Nation, and this location is probably the BEST I have experienced mostly because of my regular cashier, THERESA....She is a Super Star and very efficient at what she does for Home Depot. Keep up the good work.

Great store

HD employee from the grill area was great, she stopped what she was doing and retrieved my grill... Bought master built grill 6/7.. Both HD employee from the grill and the Cashier Faye was great.. made sure that I have assistance loading my new grill in my truck. Thank you.

4319 is a great store. The workers are friendly, courteous, and knowledge able. The store is always clean and stocked.

We are doing a lot of home renovation projects and we have found everything we need at this location. This location is always clean and neat. We were out one day last week and stopped into the nearby Home Depot at the intersection of Lynnhaven and Princess Anne and that store was a mess. We couldn't even navigate the aisles. This made us appreciate the Chesapeake store even more. But our latest visit to the Chesapeake store was the best yet. We were approached by one of the employees, Benjamin, who offered to check out our purchases for us at the self-checkout. He lifted the heavy items for us as he scanned them. He also arranged for someone to place our purchases in the car. Benjamin was friendly and extremely helpful. It really made us appreciate our Chesapeake even more.

Third time was the charm! After going to two other Home Depot locations and them not having the item we wanted (even though the website and calls to the stores said they did), we finally found it at the Chesapeake location. The first two stores we went to, on Military and Princess Anne, the employees didn't seem to be all that eager to help us figure out if they had the item. At this Chesapeake location, both Carol in customer service and Theresa in returns were efficient and helpful. Theresa went above and beyond her duty, helping me get my large item into my small car when other employees didn't show up after a call for help. The difference in customer service at this Chesapeake location was obvious. Thank you Theresa and Carol!

I like the way the store made a big effort to protect me and my family from the current virus that’s going around. The store was clean, products were easy to locate, associates were friendly.

Your social distancing and cleanliness procedures are making a difference, I would recommend that you put 6 foot markers outside the main entrances, a lot of people have a hard time judging the distance.

Terrible experience.

Extremely helpful staff with my recent purchase of a riding lawn mower. Under the conditions we are in now with Covid-19 and limitations on store customers, stress levels can be very high. I did NOT see that stress level here. I have used this store many times for my handyman business and have always had great service.
