They do not require shoppers to wear a mask. 25% of the people didn't wear a mask in the store and they had no concern for social distancing on top of that. Wildly irresponsible!! Science matters. The pandemic is real

You might consider placing the electric carts for the disabled next to rhe entrance. Also, the products were in a state of disarray and consequently bought the wrong iteMamam. Not a huge problem but extremely annoying.

Went to Buy a Weber Grill, Genesis II... Store Employee, Mr Hill, helped me throughout. I had broken my wrist Sept 2019. Still not healed. I am 64 years old. He assisted me throughout purchase and loaded 300 lb grill into my truck by himself. I am a Home Depot customer for Life. Service sells. You have me.

Great customer service

As I have stated in the survey, the asst. mgr. helped with the questions that we had regarding the riding mower outside and then helped with the location in the store of the bagger and mulcher we also requested. He completed the purchase for us by doing all the check-out procedures and then we scheduled a delivery time. What a wonderful employee. Thank you.

One of the ladies in appliances was very helpful. I called early in the day about a stove I really wanted. Her computer said we didnt have it but she would give me comparables. She looked and found 1 single stove that I wanted hidden on the very top shelf. She was very helpful through the entire process and checking me out later.

The store was very clean, Sierra and the other associates where very helpful, Sierra was very knowledgeable about the Tuff Sheds and was very helpful with our needs and the credit process was extremely easy as well and Sierra was awesome with this as well .

When ever i need a tool or battery I always come to Home Depot. Especially since they carry Milwaukee tools! I am always able to find the tool I'm looking for even when it is a newer or popular item. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Several people in the store were very helpful in resolving a problem I encountered. When I was leaving the store I had to pickup some parts from the return counter where I met Sarah. She has a joyful personality that I don’t see very often. If you go to this store stop and say hi to her because she will infect you with joy for the rest of your day.

Just love shopping at our local Home Depot! The paint department staff are awesome, well all the staff are awesome, but I've spent a ton of time recently in the paint department, lol! Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Keep up the good work everyone!
