Moses Kelly was very helpful and gave good information regarding the washer and dryer that we got. He provided good information regarding the brand and features on the product and was very accessible.

This store continues to racially profile customers on a daily basis. I had the pleasure of Gregg and Michelle following me around the store because I was a black and had a hoodie on during my shopping experience. I will not be back until that issue is addressed or they are dealt with.

I ordered a glass shower panel. After being notified that it was available for pick up, it took an hour to locate it in the store. It was actually outside and the packaging was completely soaked by rain, making a large and heavy item extremely difficult to handle.

I am currently remodeling my home and have been very satisfied that Home Depot has had most everything in stock. The items I did have to order were here very timely.

I came in to purchase a washer and dryer. I came in not knowing what I was looking for, at all. Matthew walked up to me and I explained what I was looking for and I left with a perfect washer and dryer set at a great price. I was very happy and pleased with my visit. I went looking for flowers and vegetables to plant for spring and summer. I was definitely pleased with the selection of plants. I found exactly what I was looking for and was greeted by two employees who offered help and were extremely friendly. Bryan, the cashier was great. We carried on a conversation about pets & plants as he scanned my plants. He was very friendly and courteous.

Brought my handicapped friend in to find blinds. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. She helped him decide which blinds would do what he needed and took her time. she did a good job cutting them to size and made sure we had what we needed. Checkout was fast and staff friendly.

Always a good place to shop! nice employees. Clean aisles. Good inventory and even when I need something that has to be ordered, it never takes long to get to my house or to the store. Rick, Roy & Greg are ALWAYS a big help when I need. Those are my go-to guys in the store.

Denise and the Pro desk team are great to deal with.

Rebecca & Esteban in appliances gave phenomenal customer service and appliance availability is great, considering the delays during Covid. I will shop here again, for sure! Liz in kitchen design had lots of info as well!

Long line for customer service.

While I was glad to actually FIND bags of topsoil this time of year (end of November,) I was disappointed when I got home & dumped them out. The "soil" was more of a clay/sand mix than black dirt.

I asked for help, But in order to get help, Have to ask for a manager most of the time .

I'm a senior in Champaign/Urbana and was very pleased with the customer service given to me as a returning customer. I had purchases carpet years ago at a Home Depot in Florida and was very pleased to see the the good customer servicce still prevailed in Illinois. You should give Home Depot a try; you'll be pleased. You will find a clean well organized store and empleyees that know where items are located and senior employees that can help you figure out how a item you need, works.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received during our shopping trip and we also had very good interactions with several employees. Pedro in Outdoor Furniture/Garden was exceptionally helpful and assisted with loading our purchase into our vehicle. The cashier Jan was very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely return. The clearance prices were amazing!

I always ask bunch of questions and every employee I talk to offers to help in a friendly manner and I really appreciate it.

I went to home depot to purchase fencing items. Zack was a great salesman. I highly recommend ZACK to help you with all home needs. Zack is patient and very knowledgeable about all products at home depo. Zack made my day LESS stressful. I highly recommend ZACK when Shopping to help you with all your home needs.

This store does not value customer service at all. They force everyone to use self checkouts while staff members stand around watching customers struggle. There’s no excuse for at least one register to be open at all times for customer use in a home improvement store.

Great flower selection compared to most places, but not enough check out lines.

My experience in this store was nothing but a positive one. The workers were overall very helpful and informative with helping find what we needed. The staff was friendly and the store is well stocked with all the things we need for our home improvements. We will happily be coming back to this store. I want to give special thanks to the 2 gentleman that helped the most today. One of them was a kind man working in the 'Windows' department. Mid 50s salt and pepper hair wearing glasses tall. I unfortunately didnt get his name. He helped us find the exact item that we couldnt remember the name of and listened attentively as we described it. He knew he had a product similar and it ended up being an exact match to what we needed. The other is Ben at the checkout. He was very friendly. A joker and it was a very pleasant experience. He asked us about the credit can but didnt get oushy when we declined. Thank you!!

The store looked well taken care of, everyone was helpful and kind. I went in to buy a window air conditioner not knowing anything about what I needed. I had a very helpful person give me information about two possible units. At checkout I was helped again. It was a very positive and easy experience.
