The story is great the associates friendly and welcoming, helpful throughout the store. I LOVE THIS STORE!! I LOOK FORWARD TO GOING THERE.

when I shop here, it's like visiting family. like going to my dad's to borrow stuff (of course, I didn't have to pay my dad ;-p). Scott, Vanessa, Paula & Armond are always friendly, smiling, & helpful! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Each time that I visit this store the employees are always very helpful and the store is clean and the supplies are easy to find.

The store is amazing. Everything I need is here in one place. Large parking lot. Ask for Tina at Customer Service. She is the best example of customer service you will find going above and beyond the typical associate in large box retailers. I always feel welcomed and at home. I don't feel pressured to buy and they explain all your options so you can choose what is best for your need and your budget. They always have a smile on their face and are well trained.

Lazy, unknowledgeable workers. I had to ask 5 different people to get 1 to help me. She got what I needed. I was sent to another for some female fittings. We walked around the store, seemingly aimlessly, until we found another guy who said this store doesn't carry pool and spa fittings any longer. All-in-all, a bad experience and a waste of time. The Home Depot used to have professional, knowledgeable employees. What have they hired? It is awful!

Home Depot provides customers with one of the best customer services. The employees are usually always friendly and always willing to help with your needs. Very nice to have Home Depot. Home Depot is one of my favorite stores.

I always feel like I'm visiting friends here! Staff is friendly, smiling, & are always interested in what my current project is! Vanessa is ALWAYS helpful, Rene knows every inch of the store, & Scot couldn't be nicer!

Employees very friendly and helpful at all times

The store was very clean and all the associates were very friendly. My cashier, Santo was especially friendly and very funny and extremely efficient. He tried hard without being pushy to get me to open an account so I could save money. I wasn't able to. Santo didn't know it but he put a smile on my face when my heart wasn't able to smile. Thank you Santo and God bless. You never know what people are going through, a tiny act of kindness such as Santo gave, could make all the difference in the world.

I have been in the store in the past, it was always clean, friendly customers /staff service. I am a female and I do not have much knowledge about where nor what items for home repairs, like most store you have to wait several hours before anyone assist you. Chalmette, LA store is different. I placed my order over the phone and the customer service Rep was vey knowledgeable and assuring that my item was indeed what I order.

I was trying to decide between copper vs pex for a plumbing project. Shantal was a great help in getting the items I needed, & assisting me in calculating cost. Although I decided on copper (price is the HUGE factor--$50 for the application tool for pex), I got a good look at the pex fittings. Shantal was patient and helpful! She has a GREAT Attitude! You're blessed to have her! Shopping here is like visiting a neighbor to borrow a cup of sugar--I didn't feel rushed, I felt welcomed!!!

products were relatively easy to find. in some cases you had to wait a bit for an associate to assist you i,ve always seen that location to be as clean as any work environment of that type.if mark and his team were friendly and helpful then that's what their paid to do .however, mark and his team truly , in my opinion go the extra mile when it comes to their customers.

Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. Even if they were busy it seem like they generally cared about my problem. The store is very clean. And safety first with forklift operating , And other mechanical equipment.

The cashier I had whose name is Tina helped me tremendously she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Always a pleasant experience at the Chalmette Home Depot. Shopped there this morning looking for fire logs for the fireplace. Went right to them. Just had laminate flooring installed master bedroom and all of upstairs removing all carpet plus went from carpet to laminate on stairway as well. An awesome job! Would highly recommend Home Depot! On time as promised, job well done, cleaned up after. And installers very professional and courteous. Thank You Home Depot!

Candy is very friendly and knows her parts, she worked with me to find every thing i needed not like some of the workers that push a basket around and walk right past you without even saying "Can I Help You Find Something"

Usually enough personnel around to answer questions. Ask for clerk named David, he seems to know the store better than most.
