The employees are very helpful everytime I visit your store. Im a plumber and use your store a lot. Each time I visit I am impressed by an employee. This time it was the young lady at the front desk Miss Tina. I was running behind schedule and I couldn't find a part I needed. I didn't ask her for help she asked me if I needed help. I explained I couldn't find the part I was looking for. She calmed me down but the part was out of stock . So Tina looked and found one for me at the store in New Orleans. She had them hold the part for me. She really did a good job and made me in a better mood. The only other thing I would ask is to try and keep inventory on parts that are used a lot and are common. This will help me shop at just your store. I don't want to go anywhere else if I don't have to. Thank you keep doing a great job.

This store is great but this review is not on the store. It's on the online process. June 2019 I placed an online order for corrugated color roof panels. The delivery was within a week but later I discovered it would be delivered to the Chalmette store after July 4th. I called customer service to cancel the order within a 72 hour period of time; I believe. The person stated that it could not be cancelled and not to worry because my credit card was not charged, that when the order was ready to ship I would receive an email stating this and that is the time to cancel the order. I accepted this explanation. I didn't receive an email but received a text that the panels were ready to pick up from the store. I tried canceling order by text but was not successful. It wasn't until my bank account had an overdraft that I called the Chalmette store manager to cancel the charges to then credit my account. There should be a better online process to cancel orders especially if the item is 4 to 6 weeks out for delivery.

The store is fine, but please update the cashier name on the receipt for the customer service desk. I have received excellent service and terrible service at the service desk and do not have a reference name on the employee because all receipts say Corinthia. I hope whoever Corinthia is isn't getting taken down with the bad crew or getting praise where it isn't deserved.

Store was very clean

Called and asked for a specific item (9420004100390). I was assured 154 were in stock. I drove 40 minutes and found TWO in stock. Inventory still said 154 were in stock. :-(
