Upon arriving, friendly and helpful greeting from CATRICE. I looked around, saw her again. She guided me toward what I needed. Shopped some more and ran into a snag in the lumber department. That's where I came across DAVID. He was very thoughtful, helpful and attentive. He stuck with me all the way to my car, for which I was VERY great full, especially since It was now dark out side. At check out, KYREIONNA made sure everything was squared away nicely. Big THUMBS UP to all 3 of them for doing

Post-Ida has me at HD multiple times a week as well as doing online orders and returns. The customer service has improved greatly the past several months and each experience has been easy and enjoyable.

I love when employees make you feel important and are sincere like the person who checked us out. The store is so clean and well stocked to meet our needs.

when making a return, the item was too large for me to off-load. Jason apparently saw that and came to my rescue. I asked if he could bring the item inside so I could park my car. 'would you mind if I help that man load his stuff first?' was his response. I hadn't noticed the older gentleman struggling to load top soil into his truck. I was VERY IMPRESSED that 1-he noticed the gentleman struggling, & 2-he ASKED if i would mind, before he left me. I'd say THAT'S EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

These days it's hard to go into a store and ask associates for help But that's not a problem at Chalmette Home Depot. Everyone is friendly and very helpful no matter where in the store The customer service department is awesome.. i had no idea where to find my item in this store and i forgot the original box from a previous purchase at home . The associate was able to help find it by typing a description into the computer. She even walked me to the isle to get it .......... I Was very impressed with this visit and well come in to shop again

Customer service manger and head cashier manager at Home Depot in Chalmette La are not knowledgeable.

Recently there was an error on the delivery of an order I had chosen to ship to the store. When I went to the store and discovered the error I also discovered that the people at the customer service counter, as well as the manager, was very understanding and wanted to correct the issue maybe more that I did. I don't think the customer service can be more dedicated to customer satisfaction!

home depot will not take DD-214 as proof of being a veteran

The store associated are really good; however, the vendor and installer Home Depot selected for my pantry door are horrible. In college they taught us, when you get good service the average person they tell is one, less than good the number jumps to 10. I must say I will be telling at least 10 and informing the BBB. Note: We did cancel my order.

The employees are very helpful every time I go. On my last visit, there was this a cashier by the name of Santo and he was awesome. Such a nice person and made me laugh and smile which I needed.
