I want to buy a Dremel flex shalf but for the second time you didn't have in stock on the shelves for over Two months.

Extensive rehab and each person/department we've worked with has been competent, knowledgeable, willing to work with us, helped us make good decisions, and been quite personable. The manager of this store deserves praise. Unlike other home improvement stores, this store had what we needed or was able to get it to us in our timeframe. Others have had us place orders just to find out later than items would not be available for some time.

The Home Depot on Broadway near Alvernon has the most friendly and helpful employees that other HD stores in the city that I have shopped in. I actually was approached one that once and asked if I needed help rather than searching for someone to please help me. The store is clean and the checking out staff are very upbeat making the whole experience more pleasant.

I needed a particular tile and a woman in flooring tracked it down at the factory because it was out-of-stock. It is ordered and will be here in two weeks. Everyone was very helpful

I have had problems with HD previously when I could not get problems resolved or questions answered...today I called I bought what I wanted (that was in short supply) over the phone. Dispite the fact that probably due to covid the price doubled on the item from 7 months ago... Fred in appliance was Great!

I like to shop at this Home Depot for most of my home improvement needs. It has nearly everything I need at great prices. My worst experiences at this store have been during check-out. I like e-mail receipts and requesting them has been frustrating. Many of the cashiers don't seem to know or care how to help me. They frequently just complete the transaction and then tell me that there is nothing they can do. Please train your employees on their primary job and stress some sort of customer curtesy in their attitude. I keep going back because I like the products there, but I really dislike the employee experiences sometimes.

This Home Depot is the best! Store is always clean, isles are clutter free. Employees seem to like their jobs and they are extremely helpful. A big plus is the employees don't avoid or ignore their customers. If the customer has a question, they are always happy to help. Charlotte in Carpet and Blinds is always so helpful and nice. Always smiling and enjoys her customers. If something is out of stock, the employee is willing to check to see when the item will be in stock, which is very helpful. Always a good store that the employees have respect for the customer.

The employee Brandy in cabinets rocked!! She knew everything there was to know and answered all our questions. She was a pleasure to work with.

store did not have item in stock so customer service ordered it, it was on line at $4.94 but they had a problem because i wanted to pay cash, it took over 1/2 hour to order this when supervisor came she cancelled the order reordered by a different code costing me $1.70 more and I can't pay by cash so I had to use my debit card not what I wanted to do.

Elise helped me find the Doorknob is was looking for Friendly and helpful employee will definitely come back to this Home depot.

The Home Depot and their staff are great to work with for any project or repair. Their dedicated staff help to navigate the huge warehouse of inventory and offer ideas for the best use of their items. Lonnie Thayre is especially helpful and has helped me with many projects over the years. I'm glad to have the expertise of The Home Depot and their knowledgeable staff as I think out best plans and solutions for our project needs.
