This store is very well run. All the employees are helpful and cheerful.

I bought a couple of garage shelving units. Finding the shelves and a cart to carry them was easy. Checkout was super easy thanks to Elizabeth's help. I highly recommend the El Con Home Depot.

Superb customer service, knowledgeable staff and answers to all of my ditzy questions. It reminds me of the neighborhood hardware store I grew up across the street from in Chicago.

Great customer service and assistance in finding products needed for projects. I remember singing a mortar joint repair compound that was in a tube. I couldn’t remember the name or where I saw it. When I explained it so employee knew right where to find it and helped me. When I got to the cashier Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic courteous, conscientious and helpful in getting me a Home Depot credit card. Thank you so much.

I always receive the greatest customer service from Patricia, she is the cashier to the contractors. Always very kind and helpful.

The sales person Frank was awesome

I normally shop at another Home depot store. After shopping at El Con Home depot I switching where I shop. Customer service on the spot, Friendly responses and helping till needs are served without passing you around or sending you to another isle. That is what I experienced at my normal shopping home depot and I'm changing locations.

Not enough employees; of those not enough who are competent. Aisles, especially plumbing and electrical are a mess. Very difficult to find anything. Practically impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Kind of third world experience.

The staff there is friendly and even if they don't remember my name, I can tell they recognize me as a regular customer. The store is well stocked. If it's not on the shelf they go out of their way to get it.

It's always enjoyable to shop at El Con Home Dept because they have the friendliest, most patient, and accommodating employees. They greet customers,don't just ask if you need help, they ask "how can we help"?, and they take the time & the patience to answer questions.

I had bought two light fixtures for my track lighting in kitchen. I could NOT get power to the fixture through the old track. Terry told me exactly how to do it; to twist the stem in the direction needed. Only an expert would know that. Thanks so much

Bought recently a week ago, amazing features and uniform cooking

I purchased this compressor on 12-01-21 because it has a lot of positive reviews. I also own a Makita MAC 320Q compressor from a recent purchase and am quite satisfied with it. Both of these compressors are extremely quiet. This may be important to someone who has neighbors close by. I live in a very rural area so that wasn't a concern for me but it is definitely a benefit to my hearing.

I asked for help to get a navy blue spray paint. They have a sign on the gate that states to ask for help first, even though the gate was slightly open. So I ask CSR Marcus, who ignores me & since I didn't leave just looks at me (annoyed that I disturbed him) I told him what I needed, he jump the counter goes to the gate & slams it open then walks away. Marcus, if you are that unhappy working there, since the majority of your job is to assist customers, then it's time to find another job. No need to take it out on customers.

Today I went into the store shopping for a new stove. I had a list of wants for the stove. Ellen was working in the appliance area, and was great, she was funny, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. We went through various stoves and she was able to help me get the stove that had everything on my list. I will be looking for a dishwasher in about a year, and I hope I get to work with her again,
