Great store and friendly staff.

Check out person Rosalyn was very friendly. We like the store overall and usually find what we want or something that does the same thing. Store was clean and people asked us if we needed help before we even asked them.

I've been coming to this store a long time, and always had what I needed.

This store is well stocked, clean an the associated are amazing!

Not a home fixer person, but knew what outdoor sconce I wanted, came to this HD again, because very helpful last time. Was helped with directions by nice young man named Dennis, then on the Lighting wall, I found what I thought was the sconce, but tried comparing it to the web site and was slightly uncertain, but two great employees came by, John and Sharnett, and he looked at the box and confirmed that it had the dusk to dawn feature, and Sharnett scanned it, also confirming it, and showed me I could do it on the app. They were super helpful and pleasant. As I exited the store, I was pleased that there was a big jug of hand sanitizer and a box of masks complimentary for any shoppers needing them. I do like this Home Depot and was very relieved after shopping for my item. Thank you!!!

Sarah was beyond amazing. I had an outdoor fan that had rusted terribly in just a few months. I had bought it early to make sure I got it for the summer but by the time we started using it we were past the return policy time. She found solutions and made sure we didn't suffer the loss because we would have had to through it away.

This used to be my go to store, but my past interactions or the lack there of from a Pro desk worker has ruined my overall view of this location. I will find another location that is willing to help me grow my business.

Love this location. Employees are friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for. The store is very well organized and stocked. Makes doing my projects easy and fun.

Excellent staff. Polite, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Placed an order for us, which was out of stock, as it is very popular and well rated. Gave us the information on the availability date and the free delivery. The store is very clean and the sales associates are ready to help you throughout. Anyone in any section will help you find the person or department you need and actually take you there or give you the number of the appropriate isle.

A clean, easy to shop store. The staff is friendly and helpful and the parking lot is always clean and organized. No matter what is needed, we can count on excellent service and ease of finding what we need. Lynn M in flooring is an absolute treasure and helped us in our work to restore our home after major damage.

When looking for products sales associated were very helpful. Home depot always neat and clean and products are always being filled. I cannot say enough for the sales associated who are so helpful and go out of their way to come to your assistance.

I would recommend the Prodesk at this location hands down. They are the most helpful, quick and nice group of people. I use them for my business and It is the only one I will now go to. I have gone to other prodesks at different home depots and they do not compare. I really appreciate all their hard work! Jamie, Sean and Leigh Ann rock!

I went to buy lumber ...the sales representative told me lumber was a commodity and i could not buy it a get it later. also told my i could not get military discount for lumber. I went to another store spend around $1000 plus

I have had numerous unhelpful experiences here. The store looks as if it has been rearranged to some degree, hard to find anything. This last time a store employee wouldn't let me into an aisle to grab something quickly because another employee was getting ready to pull a pallet. I waited patiently ( for more than a minute or two ) and he stood less that 6 ft away WITH HIS FACEMASK UNDER HIS CHIN. When I mentioned that he said "Yeah, I will put it on if you are uncomfortable, are you uncomfortable?" Why would I have mentioned it IF I WASN'T?? I was wearing one and ONLY needed the items on that aisle. He never put his mask on and rudely banged the gate open several minutes later and walked away. It took so long I didn't bother shopping for other items I needed because I didn't have time after he made wait. Won't be back again --so many items can be ordered online from other vendors.

Great to see so many young people from schools in the area. Also love talking to the veterans and many,"Transplants" form many states in the Union of States

In an era of COVID -19/pandemic, Home Depot DOES NOT accept forms of contactless payments like Apple Pay & Google pay. This is ridiculous, not just because of the pandemic, but also it's the year 2020, not 1980-get with the times!!

I received excellent customer service from, Ms. Kisha! A simple greeting helped me save time in a store I’m unfamiliar with (I had already passed the aisle) and she showed me where to look for the item. I will be returning. Thank you!

The inventory control system is not at all accurate. I often look online for a product prior to going into the store and they state they have a sufficient quantity and when I drive there, they have none of the product. This is also true with the Independence Blvd Store in Va Beach. These are large items so store theft should not be the issue. Also, they do not sufficiently enforce the mask ordinance in VA Beach as contractors are allowed to walk in and shop without masks and nothing is done to deter this as they care more about the money then the safety of other shoppers and their employees.

The store was neat and clean, employees was extremely respectful, polite, professional and knowledgeable about their products in the faucet and garbage disposal area . They gave me the incentive to return and that I was a of value. I left the store with a smile on my face.

Home Depot Celebration Station consistently outperforms all competitors by the sheer knowledge of associates, and the availability of products.

The store sells items that are broken and previously used. I returned a set of blinds that were missing hardware (third time in a month,) and when I said I was done with Home Depot, I was told “We are a large corporation, you won’t be missed.”

Over all I think it is a very clean and well organized store. I did have an encounter with a male employee (I am a woman) that acted like I should have known the answer to the question I asked. His tone indicated to me that he finds dealing with women more difficult than dealing with men. I am not saying all male employees treat women that way but it just takes one to make a woman feel uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and quality products. GREAT that they are now requiring face masks. THANK YOU. Public health and safety are priorities here, and that makes me comfortable and a loyal customer.
