Store employee rude when I asked for help locating a product.

Back when I was slingin dope I went to Home Depot to get some wood so the next time I OD’ed I would have a soft service to lay on. But the service was so well that I decided to keep shopping there, now instead of moving house to house trappin, I’m moving from house to house flipping. That’s the power of the Home Depot. So I would like to thank store 4614 for there kindness and attention to detail on there products. Shout to da homies cuh on da gang shawty

Stayed on top of my order and made sure it was on time.

Rick was at the checkout and he assisted me in bring up my Military QR code. At the end of transaction, I accidentally left my cell phone at the register. I noticed my cell phone was missing. Next day, I retraced my steps and visited Home Depot. I asked Rick if he had seen my cell phone. Rick informed me the day before my current visit, he ran after my car and I did not see him. Rick stored my cell phone in a lock box. Great Job Rick.

Heather in Hardware knows all the tools and even the electrical tools in aisle 11. She is very pleasant and took great care of us in a timely manner and we bought dozens of different tools for the electrical apprenticeship program in a very short amount of time!

Im currently doing a renovation at home, so I've decided to purchase all of my cabinets, countertop. Flooring, Backsplash and supplies from HD, BC they've never failed me before until now.. Did an online order for different set of tiles for my contractor dut to being out of town. They gave him the wrong tile and sent another wrong set to my home after canceling the order. The customer service at the store was somewhat helpful. I believe her name was Tiffany. But this experience surely ruined my future experience with HD.

The service and variety of products made my shopping experience at this store a breeze. Helpful employees and sufficient items to choose from made my purchases a pleasure.

Cashiers at the garden center are very rude and unhelpful

Being a real estate investor time is of the essence being able to check on the availability of products or even return defective items .The customer service team here gets you out fast and back on the job.

I was shopping for a new washer and dryer, the appliance specialist Pamela was very helpful!

Rosalyn was very friendly as I entered the store to make a return/refund of a door knob set. I had picked out the wrong color, went to her a few days later, asked her to help me exchange the item , and she cordially went to the aisle, and picked out the right color door knob set, rung me up and I was out the door in no time. As a busy businessman, I appreciate the expeditous time Rosalyn spent with me in speeding up the process. I will definitely come back again and again.

Well it's a Home Depot store. I usually go to the Princess Anne store, farther away in the summer because this store is hard to park at ( small parking lot alot of "rent me" junk over on the contractor side and too much mulch in the other side) and it is not easy to get in and out quickly. This trip was quicker than most because I was literally going to get ONE item but I had to dodge around alot of junk in the main aisle created by employees ( or vendors) assembling displays or floor displays or stocking or whatever, with lots of carts, empty cardboard boxes, etcl NO attempt to make it easy for customers to pass. Whatever, if they didn't have a garden center I would never go in person--I highly recommend online shopping over the store experience --hate to admit it because that is less incentive for them to improve the shoppers' experience. (Of course when I say online shopping I don't mean you have to shop at HD) My advice: go early if you have to go or go to Princess Anne.

I did not catch the name of the worker but she was working self checkout at around 330 pm! She was AMAZING! Help me out full heartedly and went above and beyond to find the product I needed.

Today, I had gone to choose a storm door. The customer service agents pointed me in the right direction. The person in that isle was extremely helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different products.

The best customer service in the area. Knowledgable, helpful, and friendly staff always there ready to help.

I went to order countertops and Rob Davis was very helpful in the assistant Of making sure I had the correct length. Thank you for a great job done

I had an awesome experience in purchasing kitchen cabinets and other home improvement items from Rob at the Celebration Station Home Depot. He walked me through a difficult process in finding inventory and a glitch in the online purchasing system with a heart for helping. If you need help in this area, GO SEE HIM! :o)

So happy that we went to the Home Depot on Virginia Beach Blvd. We are painting our new home and Kyle in the paint department was so very helpful as we filled our cart with all the necessary supplies. He offered great insight and helped us find great deals! We are so appreciative of his kindness and great work ethic.

Before shopping, I looked online to see where the products I needed were located. Every item I needed was in the place noted online. Kudos to the employees for keeping items where they're supposed to be!
