I appreciated the help I received at Customer Service from Summer, and at the cashier's desk from Nyasia. Everyone made me feel valued, and safe. (Appreciated masks and sanitizer at entrance if desired). I also appreciated the military discount. I was able to find exactly what I needed for my shower (a safety bar) at this Home Depot.

We've done lots of projects over many years and I csn always count on Home Depot having what I need - and at a good price.

The store is close to my home, and the staff are always friendly. The store was clean!

I was impressed the number of contractors entering the store. The employees seem very helpful. So helpful that I wandered the store until a contractor aided me. Then we were led to my part of the store were I was able to pick up the part . I would recommend this store but one employee said, "Very few people want to work no days. Stephen

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a big yardscape/hardscape project where we needed lots of things. This Home Depot had everything we needed - and more. ROSALYN at the customer service desk was awesome in helping with both online purchase, exchanges and finding what we needed. Thanks!

After making a large $$ amount purchase we were given a reasonable delivery date and one day it was changed for delivery two weeks later. In the meantime, Home Depot has our money for the merchandise and we are not having to wait a month to receive the merchandise. We returned to Home Depot and told them that we wanted our money back as we did not want to wait a month, when we were promised one week to receive our merchandise. We were told we could not get a refund We do not want the merchandise and wanted to cancel the order but we are unable because the Store Manager said he had to go to Head Quarters to have them authorize our refund....This is our money ,we do not want to accept the conditions (one month delivery when we were promised a week) and they will not refund our money. This is totally unsatisfactory and if we have to we will get the local media as well as our attorney involved in this. YES We are ANGRY and very disappointed in Home Depot and their policies. We have been long time patrons of Home Depot but we are reluctant to do business with a store that does not tell the truth and will not refund your money when you want to cancel the transaction!!!

Paint dept doesn't want to do their job. Purchased 10 gallons of pool deck paint and they told me the dont tint that brand of paint. Went to General Booth Home Depot and Charles in Paint dept tinted Paint in about 10 minutes. The only celebration I will be doing is at a different Home Depot.

Nothing is stocked. Products, carts and flat bed carts. Plenty of employees, no one appears to be working. Everyone there seems anti social with customers.

Couldn't ask for more, employees appeared to enjoy their job. Everyone in a good mood

This is my neighborhood store and the staff and customer support personnel truly care about helping me find the things I need and resolve any problems I have.

Once again, they step forward with precisely the products I needed at a very reasonable price, delivered with the level of customer service you've come to expect by the All-Stars in orange aprons.

My associate was very helpful with my order, and very professional, I would recommend her and the store to my friends

Have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot.

I come to this store often. I usually pre-plan my visit by using the mobile app or website and noting all the things that I need and their exact locations so I can get in and out efficiently. Occasionally, depending on the time of day its hard to get a hold of a free associate who isn't busy, but when you do they are very helpful. They seem more knowledgeable about tools/home improvement than associates at the other big box home improvement store. I've consistently had a good experience at this location.

Employees throughout the store were helpful and friendly. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Rod was helpful and courteous while loading mulch purchased into our vehicle. Store was very neat and clean.

I bought Anderson Windows to replace the ones on my home. My salesman Andy was outstanding! He went far beyond what I expected to help me select the right size and type to make it affordable.

Store employees are very courteous! Curbside pickup was very easy.

I can't say enough about two of the employees today that went out of their way to help me. My cashier was shutting down for lunch, saw me with my huge load standing in another line. She stayed a little longer so I wouldn't have to. Also, I left with that really heavy load. I didn't realize how hard it would be to pull that cart over the speed bumps in the parking lot. An outside employee came to my aid, walked me all the way to misplaced car (so embarrassing). He was so patient and kind. Got me there, loaded everything in my car and even made sure I'd be able to see out of the rear view mirror...really? I did respond to an online survey with their names so hope they get a big attaboy/girl!

We had a great experience today at Home Depot! Rosalyn, our sales cashier, went out of her way to help us and made our shopping experience great! Khyl was so nice to go out of his way to help us load our order. Thanks!

Friendliest and most helpful Home Depot staff you will ever find. The cashier Lauren is our favorite as she is a little wacky like us and she is always smiling and polite.

This home depot has the BEST garden guru.Kevin Ritiz..he is always on point with his knowledge of lawn and flowers.he is very patient no matter how many questions you have. Employees like kevin are a rare breed..I hope home depot appreciates what he adds to the team
