Every time we go to this store the employees go above and beyond what most customer service people do today. Multiple times I've had employees that were busy with other task realize I need help amd stop were their doing to help me. Best customer service hands down.

Fast service, great employees, great prices, they got what you will need, clean bathrooms, great selections and in stock or they can get it from another store.

I frequent The Home Depot because of the helpfulness of the employees and the supply of the products. Many of the employees will not only identify the aisle number of a product but also take the customer to that aisle and to the product itself. They are friendly and professional as well.

Try to utilize curbside. Waited 20mins. No one came out. Called the # , got hung up on. Had to go inside and pick it up myself.

I bought a lawn mower through your web site, and after we received it and I put it together and tried to start it, it wouldn't stay running. I brought it to the store and received a refund without any problems. We went over to the lawn mowers and found another lawn mower and was able to purchase it with out any problems. The associate Sarah was completely and thorough while helping us.

I was in need of R-38 insulation and with supplies being low, I was able to secure 25 rolls of my 50 purchased, just hope I can get the second half.

I went in to purchase a lawnmower on Labor Day weekend. I ordered one online and when I went into the store it was not available. What might’ve turned into a very frustrating experience, became a great one. Kevin from the garden department answered all of my questions about mowers, ethanol, maintenance, personal pace, and I left there with a mower that I am very happy with. He is a Fort Knox of information and he delivered it in a funny, genuine, and entertaining manner.

I returned to this Home Depot location to purchase an item I was not sure I'd purchase until a later date; it was a 9ft tall werewolf for Halloween. There weren't any located near the display, so I requested assistance near the seasonal items. Store employee Debbie was outstanding in assisting me from start to finish toward my purchase. I bought new kitchen appliances last month and was so glad I shopped Home Depot where all my appliances ( even a Bosch Dishwasher) were in stock and delivered the next week!
