Horrible Staff especially Appliance and Cashier Staff

Great service if you are in the castleton area please stop by The Home Depot great store have much to offer great employees like anthony . I Will always shop at The Home Depot they are a top tier reliable home improvement store.

The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The expertise at the paint desk exhibited by Rex and Jim is the best I have ever experienced.

Went to the Castleton store to purchase a refrigerator and was so lucky to have Bob M. as my sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable and so informative about the warranty, delivery tracking, upgrades for the water supply line and reviewed all the charges, taxes and where to call with questions or problems. He is truly an asset to your store!!

Every store employee I have come into contact with has been knowledgeable and very friendly. I simply will not shop anywhere else!

Please hire more quality people, most days, I am running laps around the store just trying to find someone to help me. Also, move all you damaged lumber and goods to its own isle. So much wasted time sifting through the racks trying to settle for the least damaged piece.

Love my Home Depot store. Employees are responsible and solve your needs. The quality of items is what makes HD the best and they are usually in-stock. I appreciate the clean store and knowledgeable staff.

Usually very good to deal with; however, this time on A&H air filters I bought ship to store, they would not allow the 10% military/veterans' discount. I had them-at the store pick up- return and credit my MC card. The time and money they spent to not allow a lousy $10 discount, cost them alot more . I would gladly purchase them back but only with the 10% discount.

The store went out of the way to make sure I receive a fan for my birthday. I received 10 percent off an open box and then when I call to get a replacement due to having broken parts. I had Charles help me hold another one at no cost.

Excellent Service. Bob M helped us make the best appliance purchase for our needs. He was kind and informative.

Service efficient, professional demeanor, following COVID precautions

Home Depot is advertising sales on products they can't get due to covid-19 problems with the vendors. No rain checks issued for sales prices even thought they are advertising about the price reductions. Very dissappointing!

We went in with an appointment to talk with Jeff Moshier about a kitchen cabinet design. He asked us several questions about our layout and proceed to put together a plan based on our requests. I was totally satisfied with his expertise from start to finish. His background is excellent for the design and layout of cabinets and he is very knowledgable about the WoodMark cabinets we chose. All-in-all, I would choose Home Depot for this remodeling project over and over and would choose Jeff to work with. I am totally pleased with the service and ordering process and his follow up explaining everything that we can look back over regarding the shipment/delivery of cabinets. Well done, Home Depot!

Always like this store, especially the Paint Dept. In one instance in particular, I was trying to match a very vivid 'blue' color on a painting that we were going to utilize for a major accent wall & trim in our home entry. I had been to a couple of brand paint stores and other home improvement stores already. All of them, used their computer paint matching systems & NONE of them could come close to the 'vivid blue' of my Painting. So Friday afternoon about 4:00PM, I walked into this Home Depot, mind you that we had just recently moved into the area from suburban Chicago several months earlier, so this was one of my first times into the store. I showed the staff my need to match; they tried the computer and agreed the color at 'the max' was not a good match. But, the Lady would not let me go! She said, 'If you have the time, let me try!' I stayed & she proceeded to re-formulate a couple of samples for me to take home a try on the wall to see if we might have a match. If, not she asked me to please come back and give her another chance. I did test out her two samples, and they were better than anything any computer had pumped out at 'the max setting.' So, I returned a couple of days later with my comments and my Home Depot Paint Lady worked her magic for me eventually providing me with 3 more samples to try. Voila....one of those three was it. A perfect match to my Painting. We did the Entry Wall, the Inside of the Front Door, and The Curved Cornice Trim above the entry, with the 4 foot by 2 foot painting on the opposite wall in the entry.......'DINOMITE' It's a killer entry! My Paint Lady from Home Depot made it happen! Thank You.

The young man who took care of us in the Tile department was outstanding. He quickly found us everything we needed and gave us useful advice on our project. I was unable to catch his name, but he was wearing a Boston Celtics ball cap. We shopped on Sunday May 31 about 2:30 PM-a busy shopping day.

Employees do not wear masks. More than one employees almost ran into me because they were not looking where they were going and certainly not safe distancing. Menards is 100% better at all this

Pricilla in the paint department is amazing! So helpful and kind. I’m so glad she works there and can help with all my project needs.

Individuals were extremely helpful loading more than 2 pallets of mulch. Even with a busy Saturday afternoon there were plenty of Home Depot professionals ready to assist. They hit the mark on this one!

Employees have a good work ethic - good for them. Have ended up here for last 2 big box buys of stuff because they got the goods - really decent stair stringers (some area stores try to sell some really warped stuff) and their on-line inventory for fasteners matched what the store had to sell!. What a pleasant notion. Wish their customers had an appreciation for wearing masks or store had the gumption to demand customer wear masks. In healthy times, no problem to return, but now? - store's unmasked client base doesn't work for me - if I have to go inside to pick up, I'll do without (maybe return in healthier times).

Mortified that I jumped the system by placing an order in the parking lot, upon seeing the long line to get into the store, then moving to the order pick up area where employee Jacob just took care of my order because I was already there - despite a general 2-hour order-to-pick up delay. I don't usually shop at this store because similar stores are closer to my home, but a comment from a colleague this week about how responsive HD was being in the current health crisis prompted me to give them a try. I will most certainly be back and this store will become my first stop in the future!

Our Home Depot store is always great. It's well organized, tidy, well stocked and most importantly, the staff is awesome! Lately we have been assisted at checkout by a number of Veterans, which just makes the end of our shopping experience a highlight. They are warm and friendly and chat you up about your experience and life in general. I'm so pleased that HD supports employing these amazing people who have done so much for our country. It makes me want to shop here knowing I will have a positive experience if I need assistance or simply a friendly conversation on my way out.

This store is always very clean and organized. The entire staff is always offering help. I walk the store a few times a week and I challenge myself to find a bargain, I usually do. Great environment to shop, all departments!!!

Even though I am a healthcare professional, I love hardware stores! I also appreciate and value quality customer service which I consistently experience at Home Depot. Please keep that focus! ....as some other retail store employees seem to avoid helping customers, or worse, spoil the day for customers with less than helpful attitudes or even disrespect. Overall Home Depot employees approach customers and intentionally offer to help, it’s wonderful!

The sale person was very helpful and listened to what we needed and was able to explain and direct us to the product that best suited our needs.
