Absolutely excellent customer service at every department. Always seem to be stocked on what you need. Staff seems to be knowledgeable enough on an Job you may be "Doing Your Self". Store is very clean and easy to navigate.

The Home Depot on 96th and I-69 is always well stocked, well organized, with really good selection and excellent service. I have purchased numerous big ticket items there (grill - which was assembled, tiles for bathroom remodel, new dryer). I always feel good purchasing items from Home Depot.

The customer service personnel were genuinely friendly and helpful in placing my order for a kerosene heater carried only online. I needed their additional assistance as I was paying with both a gift card and a credit card. I was treated like family!

From the time I walked in, I was greeted and helped by various employees that went above and beyond to make sure I could find what I was looking for and if not they immediately get on the phone are used their walkie-talkie to get in contact with another associate and also took the time to look online to see what other stores had the product that I was inquiring about and then as I checked out the cashier Greg was extremely helpful help me to fill out for a card and told me about other Deals they had going on

Unresolved matter in the purchase of a water softener. 3 unreturned voicemails in to Donna at ext 466 on 11/17. 3 unreturned voicemails in to Tracy Marlow (1 on 11/13, 2 on 11/17). I spoke to store manager Shelby to have the order cancelled out. She did not even seem to care at the lack of customer service received on my end. I will never set foot in this store again nor recommend it to anyone. My order ID: H2015-14175

The people here are always really nice and friendly. The customer service desk is always busy, but I look at that as a good thing. I have been asked numerous times by many different employees if I need assistance. I always appreciate their advice and help when working on a project.

Outstanding experience buying our new appliances. The employees were very helpful and friendly. We got a great deal. Purchasing the appliance was fast and easy. Everything was explained carefully to us.

I went to home Depot store today. I know nothing about home improvements, but I found an employee named Brian. This gentleman went above and beyond in order to help me. He not only helped me find the treated wood I was looking for, but he helped me find locks and faucets as well! In between helping me, he also helped this other lady. What a breath of fresh air. Usually employees hide, in order not to help, or don't know what they are doing. Not in the case for Brian. He carried the wood for me, waited until I checked out, and loaded my car. I will now shop at this Home Depot always. Kudos to whomever hired Brian, he should be the example for all your employees.

I’m not a “handy” person at all but I love coming to this HD because the staff always helps me with whatever I need. They don’t just point and give vague answers, they walk you to where you need to be and talk you through your options. If someone doesn’t know something, they help you find the answers which is great because getting lost in a big store like that can be very frustrating. If I can buy something from HD, I will always buy it from this store (not online or at another retailer) because of the excellent customer service.

Rex in the painting department is the best! I am doing major renovations on my house and it is stressful and overwhelming and Rex was very helpful and guided me to the right product and paint and process, with his expertise. Rex should be on a management training path.
