We bought carpet for 2 bedrooms and the service was exceptional. Home Depot treats customers with respect and makes you glad you chose them for your home repairs.

Home Depot associate was super friendly and helpful!

We were greeted at the self check out, An employee Electra was helpful and friendly. Its was another pleasant interaction with the store employees.

The staff at this location are always helpful and provide good advice.

The self-checkout attendee Narinder was the most unhelpful and rude worker I’ve ever encountered at a home improvement store. He made me get out of a long line to download the app create an account and upload a pdf version of my military documentation. I did not have time for this but didn’t want to waste the $10 I would save that every other worker would apply especially given there was a long line at self checkout. Narinder was incredibly argumentative and unhelpful. Even once I completed the upload process it did not produce a code as my documentation had to be verified. He still refused to help me even when I showed him this. I had to get out of line and go to a cashier even after he refused to get a manager.

Everything at the Castleton location seems to be well organized compared to the other HD by my house and the web always reflects accurate inventory. This helps soooo much when you have to drive 45 min to get there.

We purchased a kitchen appliance suite today and our rep, Cristian Hall was extraordinary! Very helpful in helping us find the perfect appliances. We always love this location but Cristian went above and beyond!

I had a delightful visit to the store due to my cashier, Nancy. What a wonderful friendly person. She let me know about the extended warranty on my weed trimmer. She also encouraged me to consider opening a Home Depot credit card because it allowed me a discount on my first purchase. She’s a gem!

After searching several stores to find the perfect LVP we finally found it at Home Depot. When I went in to order it Jeff, Christian and Michael went out of their way to help me. They gave me advice and the confidence I needed in such a big decision.

Checkout staff person Nancy was most helpful and cordial.

As a senior citizen I can be slow, have difficulty selecting a wood type for a project. Every store employee I interacted with treated me with respect, their professionalism as a team, was very helpful but made spending money easier.

We purchased a refrigerator and the sales rep talked about all of the options and the ability to get the product in a timely manner. He was extremely helpful.

I have gotten to know many of the people who work there personally and it is always a great experience.

The best of the home supply/shopping stores! Always clean, well set up, and well stocked. The team is friendly, informative, helpful, and available! We made a major purchase and were in and out of the store in 20 minutes, with free next day delivery! It does not get much better than that!

I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot on the north side of Indianapolis. At a time where I started experiencing a lack of or very poor customer service or no available assistance, the associates at this store proved me wrong and it was so refreshing! Every associate I came into contact with took interest in me and my home project and offered help with a positive attitude and energy! All my questions were answered and I was helped very promptly.

After visiting other home improvement stores in the area this store was the most helpful.

I love this store!! It is clean, has things in reasonable locations ( and does not move things to new locations every other week) and the staff is willing to help even provide some education about the task you are attempting to complete.

Met the Store Manager and I have nothing but KUDOs for the entire team, especially, Mark who used his own time vehicle and gas to get a key for my purchase from another store miles away. Also, Tasheema who was very patient while ringing up my order, Nora who made sure that everything was done for my purchase, and Brenda who help on multiple occasion to ensure that I had the right product. A great team and great leadership.

Cant explain it. Just glad store is there & People are there.

Store was organize, clean and a delight to shop. Never felt pressured to purchase. Will definitely come back again.
