This is the best ... friendly helpful employees, good prices on quality products... our go to store for all our projects.

Although this store is a smaller store in comparison to some stores I have shopped in Denver. I have always been satisfied with the customer service and product availability. I have been a steady customer every since store opened. I have bought everything from building materials, appliances and even granite countertops installation.

Employee was extremely helpful in finding the item I needed.

I love shopping at our Home Depot - staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful ... a joy to shop here .... it is my go to place:)

The store was clean, products are easy to find and in stock. Associates are always friendly. As a customer I am very proud of our home depot 6001. Great Job.

Employee Jennifer was excellent to work with, however the store did NOT live up to her standard. Ordered 4 appliances 11/24/19; given 4 different delivery dates—most recent date 2/7/20–more than 11 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE. Would not do business with Home Depot again.

with yall helping Veterans and allowing Pets, and patience with customers

Went in and got 100$ in plywood, Got an ignorant "i love my job" kid to cut down the panels to size, couldnt read a tape measure, when i got home i found out every cut was 12" off of what i had asked him to cut it down to. called the store manager (night shift) and pretty much got told to fk off and refused to make it right and SHE HUNG up on me after stating so. Hire some new employees, and retrain some managers or fire that one.

We spend a lot of time in this store, we are working on a fixer-upper, DYI project! The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

If you do not succeed the first time, try again because not all the employees know where things are due to the extra help during the Christmas season. If you get the "seasoned" employee, they know right where stuff is and check you out quickly. I was very impressed with the last employee that helped me get what I needed. I was so impressed, I decided to buy two of the items and they are not cheap. I left feeling happy and save some money, too.

Sure would be nice to have more actual cashiers to help with checkout.

We found everything we needed to build shelving/storage for our garage in this clean, well organized store with the help of a knowledgeable friendly staff. We’ll be shopping here again

Extremely POOR customer service.

Was locked out of my car because the key fob battery was dead. Store employee Denise accessed a YouTube video to figure out how to get the fob opened. She then installed the new battery and got me on my way. She was kind, patient and very capable!

Fabulous, clean business with amazing employees and great prices for quality products. Exactly what a store should be!

Store was clean and stocked. Was asked if i needed assistance by several store employees from time I walked in door.

Employee's were helpful and knowledgeable in the appliance's that I was looking at and bought. Simply the BEST!

The employees of this store go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you want and to make your checkout as smooth as possible. They keep the store very clean and neat, and many will ask if you if you need help. They are an awesome team!

The Casper store is a great place to shop. The only thing I dislike is that they only do self checkout most of the time.

I have been very impressed with the staff in the flooring department. They are always patient and work on your problem until it is resolved. Sometimes you might have to wait, but they always deliver.

This store has not enough staff and no customer service. There are no checkers for the customers... long lines.
