We usually always find what we are shopping for and go Home Depot first and rarely are let down. Very nice store and nice employees.

Employees are vague to help , more instrested in treating you like your doing something wrong, employees block aisles and get upset when you ask them to move. Employees more into talking amongst themselves then trying to help you. Checking out took about 45 minutes, for 4 items , my mistake saying yes to applying for the credit card, after having to reenter information 3 times i was finally able to leave. Where not one person said have a good day thanks for shopping at home depot nothing they all just went about there business like I wasn't even there. You job is in customer service maybe the employees that were working Wednesday March 3 in the afternoon between 12-3 pm need to rethink weather they have the right job for them .very disappointed and I'm not saying I won't be back b/c not many options in casper wy but if i could or had another option I would shop elsewhere.

The staff go above and beyond. On a recent visit the while loading appliances, I locked my keys/phone/wallet all in the running vehicle. The staff went above and beyond and got me the help I needed to get me into my vehicle and on with my day quickly and professionally. One thing I also enjoy about shopping here is that if I cannot find something I just look it up on my phone and it tells me exactly where in the store it is, aisle and bin number. In my experience the items are always where they say they are.

They always have a good selection of materials and the pricing is usually the lowest around the area.

Associates are very courteous and helpful each time I go there.

Hard to rate, part of the store Rocks and other parts definitely do not. Quite a few areas of opportunity in several departments.

This past year I have had occasion to purchase storm doors and windows for my home through Home Depot, and am very pleased with all the products and service in this regard. Return assistance was needed and handled in a kind, proficient manner. The areas of the store where I shop have always been clean and associates have been helpful in locating products. I am a repeat customer.

Staff was helpful and a pleasure doing business

Seems every employee here has great attitudes and are always friendly to customers and willing to help you with anything. Also lot to mention I have been approached by the manager on several occasions just making sure I found everything ok. That alone means is huge for the store employees to know also because the manager is a team player which you don’t always see in lots of stores. Also shows the manager is out and about walking the floors which means it also keeps the employees on top of their customer service.

Been shopping at the Casper Home Depot now for years. The store has exceeded expectations now on many occasions. Employees are friendly and will provide help and expert instruction on various items. Love shopping there. AND Vets get a real 10% discount (unlike the fake 11% at the other big box store).

Our local HomeDepot is a great hardware go to because it’s close for me and you are in and out without getting tired from walking or trying to make a choice. It’s got the basics with good customer service. ThankYou Casper HomeDepot!

customer service was so horrendous at the store that I drove over 2 hours to cancel a $700 order in person and get my money refunded

Great service and great prices!

The information available online is so far ahead of what is currently provided by any and all competitors. I can know exactly what is in stock and the aisle and bay so that it is a quick trip rather than wandering around the store like at other places. The staff seem to know exactly where things are when asked also. Well done!

We went out to get plants, soil and some repair items . The service in the Garden Dept. Was Terrible. We needed help loading bags of soil asked for assistance, was told there was no one who could help!? Seriously! ? My husband is recovering from back surgery, and I'm not by any means buff! I finally got them wrangled into the cart, and to the car, but it was another customer who helped us get them into the car, Thank You kind Sir! We had help at home, so didn't take the kid as we figured we'd have help from Home Depot employees, Not! I was totally surprised by their lack of concern or help. However a big shout out to the guys in Plumbing & Bath for All their help, they were Aces! Helped us get everything we needed, made sure we were set for our repairs, thank you.

Never trust this store to do the right thing. They will not honor their own contract. I had four different salespersons all tell me it was acceptable to install my own carpet pad, so I signed a THEIR contract and took care of the pad myself. A few days later I got a phone call demanding I pay an extra $850 because their "installer" wanted to rip out my pad and put in their own (to make a few bucks extra) or they could not warrant the work. I told HD that they needed to find a different installer that could do the job. In response they canceled their own contract that they wrote, and only returned partial payment, ripping me off for the $50 deposit, even though they were the ones that canceled !! Their failure to perform in a timely manner may cost me $10.000 or more if I lose my buyer and the market degrades due to this covid issue...

I was needing some plumbing supplies to install a sink and wanted to get everything we needed at one time. Not sure of “everything “ and Chuck was very helpful making sure I had the right products. Thanks Chuck for your help.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful and jumped right in to help get my purchases to checkout and loaded in my truck. This customer service is the reason I shop first at Home Depot.

Everybody is super nice at the Casper Wy. Home Depot! What impresses me the most is that they usually know all departments well.
