I bought a new hard to fit refrigerator and dishwasher. Jennifer was knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to talk to. She met all my needs for my new appliances that are on the way.

I always get great customer service at this Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I always find what I need and usually things I don't.

I had a bunch of stuff to get and Roxy was the best help I've ever had in a Home Depot. All staff are top notch in this store.

The tool cabinet is well designed and laid out to separate various tools by type and size, wrenches, sockets, etc. to keep them sorted and accessible. Well built for the money paid.

Had help from being and end of my ordering my new kitchen makeover. Gave me advise on when to order my appliances too. Can't think Home Depot enough for having employees who knew the products in the store and help at every turn.

Today going into the store we were greeted right away and then shortly after we were in the outdoor furniture section a employee named Chuck came by. He not only assisted us with our decision but he went above and beyond to make sure we got the extra information and extra help needed. Jake from garden was very helpful with assisting us as well as Chuck. Then when we were checking out Marc was very helpful and made sure everything was done for us and ready to go when we returned to pick up our items. All of the employees today, some I didn't get names of, but they all were very helpful and went above and beyond for customer service.

This store should be the flagship for Home Depot. Everything is always neat and clean. The employees seem happy to work here and happy you're shopping here. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need, make recommendations and take care of you. Kudos to the employees here at the Casper Home Depot!

Very clean, helped by multiple people and if they didn't know they found another person who did. I'm always happy to see smiling faces and Arie on the registers has the most beautiful smile! Will 10/10 come back, if not just to see her face again.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted, the cashier looked up the item for me and sent me to the proper isle and section, by number and was my cashier also, I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. I'd just spent more than 1/2 hour a previous (unnamed) store looking for the same product and the help I recieved after looking for 1/2 hour wasn't real sure about the product.

Ivy - you were awesome. You really took the time to help me find what I needed in the gardening fertilizers - it was pretty overwhelming. And so was your help awesomely overwhelming in a very good way. You should be teaching customer service to others. You were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I walked away with exactly what I needed. And on top of that you asked me to provide you with how this really worked. :) And you were serious. Great Job!!!!
