This is a great Home Depot store. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Products are easily found and they are happy to answer questions, give estimates and otherwise help out.

Real customer service above and beyond, not pushy,just service the way a customer should be treated is given by a cashier Cameron, He will take you to your product not just go and turn. just impressive

Jeff was an excellent employee in our large carpet purchase. We had no clue what to look for or what to shop for! I never take the time to write a review unless the service is over the top so thank you, Jeff and thank you Home Depot for having such a valuable employee that makes this customer a happy camper!

I purchase from the Home Depot Carpentersville because I am Handicapped and require assistance on many item I purchase. I always have someone that works their offer to help me and walk with me to the item I need to purchase. if items are heavy they always offer to load and help me. my regret is I forget to look at and remember the persons name so I can make sure they get credit for the help I receive. I look up parts I need to purchase have the location sent to my Phone which shows the Isle and Bin and show the associate the item and store location. this makes my visit much easier The item I needed store site said there was 4 available I needed one and found there was only one available on four.

Customer service is always pleasant, and the selection has always been better than other HDS in the area. Employee's go out of their way for you. Even when I have taken things back, I never have a hassle. Barb- the manager must be doing something right, because all of her employees are so nice and helpful. Keep it up!

Overall I find the sales associates informative and knowledgeable in the store product line . Secondly, when a defective appliance needed to be replaced, the store manager stepped up to make that happen for me. They truly stand behind their products!

It would be tough to find a lot to complain about with this store. I've nearly always had good experiences there. The staff is super helpful, the selection is mostly great, though I wish they carried a wider selection of cleaning products, overall this store has a pretty good selection.

STORE IS CLEAN AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. BEING A WOMAN YOU NEED ALL THE HELP YOU CAN GET AND IT IS THERE AT THIS STORE.

Great service and very friendly service. Had to get help for a item was in correct section but looked at wrong side item was right behind me. Staff was right there. Noticed staff was asking everyone if help needed and took the time to hear what project there doing and made suggestions without being overbearing.

Kathy , in appliances, is very knowledgeable on the products she sells as well as the warranties and rebates that go with them.She's friendly and easy to talk to and genuinely cares about her customers.Went to 5 stores and although this wasn't the most convenient store, I went back because I trusted Kathys opinions and her professionalism. It paid off because I got my washer and dryer in two days and I couldn't be happier with them.

Very helpful employees and great customer service. Everyone there seems willing to help and they will go from one end of the store to the other to help you find what your looking for.

Staff here seem to be much more inclined to take the time to walk you through your project. With the exception of 1 employee (lighting dept), everyone has been really helpful compared to the staff at the Algonquin store who frankly, don't want to waste one second on helping customers. The Carpentersville store employee in the countertops dept was amazing! I even made a point to tell the manager how great she was!

Store is always clean, most always well stocked, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. It's always a good experience at this store.

This store is a place where I know I will find what I need. The employees are friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with Kathy Hall, appliance specialist. She did an incredible amount of work to help us find the right refrigerator. We will be back!

Most all of the associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Almost always there is someone to help you find what you are looking for and offer good advice. Always well stocked and clean.

This is by far my favorite Home Depot to shop at. They very knowledgeable and always have the product I need in stock. The store manager Barb is always very helpful and Pleasant to work with. I'm in there so much even when the district manager John is in there he always goes out of his way to talk to me and asked me if there's anything that they can do better.
